The inspection was the result of me looking for a second opinion after our regular service provider gave us a quote for a bed bug treatment. Pete was able to determine that there was not a bed bug issue, but rather a common kitchen pest, the Drug Store Beetle or Cigarette Beetle. Pete found the source of the problem and helped our resident remove the item and discard.

These guys are simply THE most professional exterminators in the business. They really know their stuff and have taken care of every pest problem I've had efficiently and expeditiously. I have recommended them to my family, friends and neighbors.

Very professional and precise. On time availability was open to fit my schedule. All chemicals are safe to re -enter home with children after they dry. Eliminated the roach problem we had and those pesky little ants that would not go away. After 3 months still bug free. Definitely would recommend their services. I live in an apartment complex and my hands are tied to who I can use but these guys came out and sprayed my neighbors and I stopped them to ask them to help my unusual pests issue. They were the ONLY ones to look at my pictures, videos, and determine what my issue was. I would have hired them on the spot to treat but understood there limitations because it has to be property manager approved. Very professional and knowledgeable gentlemen.

Great customer service; something much harder to find these days

We had been fighting ants for months, and losing! Ants were turning up in every room of the house. LA Pest One came out, listened to what I had to say, and determined that spraying outside should be adequate. They sprayed, and I have not seen a single ant since then! Super happy, and next time I'm not waiting so long. Nice guys, reasonable price.

Had a massive ant infestation on the property that began invading the house. Took 2 applications as it was a significant number of colonies. Easy to work with, on time, fairly easy to reach even with the holiday season.

They did an excellent job looking for wasps at our house and bees at our business. They checked the whole outside of our house for wasps nests. I would definitely call them again for any other problem. Thank you.
