Horrible caused more spiders than I have ever had! Tricked me into a contract while they were soliciting door to door and have horrible customer service! Scheduled a free redo and they never showed up forget about getting a refund I’m SOL! Save yourself!

If I could give less stars I would. Absolutely unprofessional business. They came for estimate and scheduled treatment for roaches but when we emptied all kitchen cabinets, removed pets, and took time off from work, they canceled contract and left without any work done.

Great service fast response. My home had a flea infestation because of stray cats. Delta with the problem. I am thankful for his help. Would definitely recommend him and his company.

I had Eco Concepts out to help getting rid of the insects; we had some spiders inside the house and plenty of them outside, some ants, crickets in the backyard. Richard and another technician arrived on time; they called me to let me know they were on their way, wish worked out perfectly! they both were very professional and spent a lot of time treating the inside and outside of the house, and explaining the work and showing me some additional findings and then also explaining my options. Everything was done well and they took their time to work around the entire house to clean up the snares, webs etc. This company really cares about their customers and gets the job done with no short cuts. They did a great job really listening to my concerns, answer all of my questions.. I also appreciate all of the efforts, prompt appointment scheduling from their office…. I hired them to treat my house quarterly, I am beyond pleased with their attentiveness, work ethics and most definitely recommend them very highly to everyone.
