Disgusting service and not licensed!

This company was hired by our real estate agent during our close of escrow. They came for a 'terminate inspection' and wrote a false report that the house was infested! First of all, this is impossible. I was not home to tell the inspector that my house was on quarterly pest control with Kilter Pest and Terminate and I have the house inspected annually for termites since 2016 and the inspector was amazed back in 2016 that there wasn't a hint of a termite. Not a dropping, not a dead terminate NOTHING. I paid for a second option and have a 100% clear report done 1 week after this company reported by alleged infestation. ALL TO MAKE $2000 off tenting a house with not a hint of a terminate! SHAME SHAME SHAME, I know we are in the middle of a pandemic and I am sure this company is hurting by what a FRAUD

1st of all VERY RESPONSIVE! 2nd VERY EFFICIENT! 3rd VERY COMPETENT! We had an ant & mosquitoes problem. Tried all the products at Home Depot & Lowes but the ants and mosquitoes kept coming. With one visit the problem was resolved. They offer monthly maintenance visits at great prices. Spent much more on all the different useless products . Thank you Fernando & Vince for the great work!

My house was about to be painted and we found 5+ wasp nests under our eaves. Vince came out right away and took care of all the nests and gave me some tips to keep pests away going forward. Super honest and very affordable.

Bur-Cal was very responsive to a HUGE flea problem I was having. Vince was very quick and made sure I completed other things in home to make sure the flea situation was resolved. Thank you Bur-Cal you are my new go to exterminator.
