We have used O'Connor Pest Control for several years. They fumigated our house twice and we use their service to spray around the exterior of the house to control insects. They have been very responsive to our needs.

I am utterly dissatisfied with their service. I reached out to them in January to terminate my business account, and the lady on the phone confidently assured me that it was taken care of. To my surprise, in March, that very same individual appeared at my doorstep and handed me an unexpected invoice. Upon contacting their office for clarification, the lady on the phone claimed ignorance and advised me to await a call back from the manager. It has now been three days, and I am still left with a charge on my card that was made without my authorization. This degree of incompetence is simply intolerable. I strongly advise against setting up autopay with this company. They will continue to bill you even after you have canceled their services.

Absolute CON ARTISTS. Called to cancel services in October, moved out of state in November. In December, I get a bill for service rendered in early December. Call again, say I'd cancelled the service and no longer even live there. Person on the phone didn't care: "we rendered the service so you owe". Continued to bill me with a late fee added every month. Y'all willing to mortgage your reputation for $99? Be my guest, still not paying.

I reported them to the state and they are coming back to fix things. These people were a nightmare. I’d give a zero star for the hassle I went thru with The carpenter that came to finish the job did a sloppy CHEAP !!! Job of replacing the outside door to the hot water heater with an inside closet door, it warped in the first fog he replaced with a door he cut a hole for a vent, used the old screen didn’t caulk and now it’s warped. DONT use!!!! Terry he’s worked for the company 28 yrs he said and yes ma’am me to death. Other termite repairs were putting lap board horizontal to catch more water and instead of removing damage he nailed a board over it.

I had automatic payments with O'Connor for some time then out of the clear blue sky they quit deducting my payments, told me i was over due, Charged me a $5.00 late fee and said my account was seriously over due. i have paid them and cancelled their services.

Over 5-6 months they’ve harassed me trying to bill me fir services I cancelled! They text, call. I’ve requested to speak to the owner 5 times and I get no call. A-1 is the way to go. Don’t waste your money here.

My daughter canceled this company a while ago for various reasons we received several slanderous letters in the mail about some former employee. Honesty I sounded more like wining to me that was annoying until I recently had a fraudulent charge from them on my credit card I tried calling them about it the office staff was extremely rude and they are refusing to give me my money back after they stole it from me.I will never use this theving company again and recommend nobody ever dose

My family was with this company when it was still Hydrex a couple months ago. We received several unprofessional letters basic slandering a former employee of there’s. We got very turned off by them and decided to go with other company. Since then we received a very threateningly phone call basically staying if we didn’t come back to O’Connor pest control we were going to be sued. Me and my family will never use O’Connor again .

Been with O'Connor for several years. Decided to move to another company for various reasons. O'Connor had a fit! Sent us letters slandering the other company that we had chosen. Then, six weeks after we had severed ties with O'Connor, they took $75 from my checking account calling it an "early termination fee". We had NO CONTRACT with O'Connor, therefore we were "at will" customers and not subject to early termination fees. Called 3 times and explained this to the office staff, got nowhere. Finally spoke with the owner, Kevin O'Connor, and "requested" they return our $75. Mr. O'Connor "went off" going on and on about the other pest control company, my husband could not get a work in edgewise. By the end of that call we came away with the conclusion that Kevin O'Connor is completely "off the rails". Would not recommend doing business with this company ever!

Beware nothing free about their free pest inspection. 9 months and $6,000 later, i lost my buyer and my home sale was held ransom by Oconner. A second inspection by another Company recommend i undo and repair All of the work i paid them to do. Tried to speak to Mr Oconner, appears he is slways in meetings. Report to department of pest control in Sacramento if this happens to you also.

Terrible, unreliable customer service! Scheduled service with Justin in Lompoc. Waited for two hours and he never showed. Called the main office and they said they had no record of our service being scheduled. No apologies given. Thank you O'Connor for allowing me to waste my day.
