Unipest

They were supposed to come between 9 to 11 am today. I even called to confirm the appointment. The guy called 10:03 and said he's arriving in 15 minutes. It's already 10:28 and still he's on his way. So I called to let him know that my wife can't wait anymore as she has another appointment and if it's okay, she'll be back by 11:30 am. The guy said okay but then he never showed up and even blocked my phone. I left a couple of messages but he never replied so I assumed that my text message was blocked as well. Not good. Very unprofessional.

We found out we had bed bugs in our bedroom and I immediately started contacting pest control companies. We had done some research and were looking for a company that would provide heat treatment. Cardon came out to the house the next morning and was very down-to-earth and personable. He didn't push any services on us and even said we were doing a good job treating the infestation on our own. We decided to follow-through with treatment and Cardon drove back to our house that morning and sprayed our mattress and furniture. A few days later he and his team came back to the house for the heat treatment. The process went smoothly and so far no sign of bugs! I would recommend him for pest control services.

Had my home tented for termites. Cardon was a pleasure to work without any sales pressure. I'm in the middle of remodeling my home and he even offered to have his team install my new front door for a very reasonable price. The tenting was much easier than I thought it would be. All his employees were kind and courteous. I'm now termite free and couldn't be happier. I would hire Unipest for any pest issues as they were very reasonably priced and went above and beyond.

Great service. Came out and help me get rid of a bee hive and the price was more then fair. Would recommend to anybody looking for pest control.

Set up an appointment for an inspection for the following day and Cardon stopped by the same day. Was quick, efficient, and knowledgable, definitely recommend.

I had a swarm of bees above my front door, bees were getting into the house and they had an inspector out to me within the hour. Ended up being a temporary swarm, but they checked it out, explained everything and all was good. Would totally recommend them.

Owner Craig seemed responsive on initial call. Said they would have someone out the next day. 2 hour window okay but they don’t show, don’t call! Unprofessional—do not recommend!!!

Literally the BEST pest control out there. Craig and his team are incredible. I’ve had some issues with unwanted bugs and they come out immediately and treat the issue. Super friendly and professional. I just can’t believe I waited so long to invest in pest control. You will not regret using them.

After being concerned with a rodent we saw on our property, we called UniPest (after multiple people recommended them!). Cardon came out to our home the very next day. He is well versed and educated on the area and the many pests/rodents that live here among us. After looking around, he was able to tell us which affordable pest control plan would work best for for our property. Being new to the area, this helped us a TON. UniPest will always be our go-to!

I was recommended this company by another arborist that wasn't able to help me. I am so glad I got Unipest's number! Cardon was immediately friendly, helpful, and on the ball. The office staff called me back promptly and were incredibly friendly. Overall we were able to devise a plan to rid ourselves of these awful eucalyptus beetles quickly and effectively and save our trees!! I would highly recommend this company. They're great!

When they have come they are very cool. The last one that came (last name Crookston) was incredible and loved his job. Super enthusiastic and friendly/professional and very thorough. Oddly, I called for a mid-service respray (—I was on the quarterly plan that included a free mid-service re-spray, if needed) and the woman who answered the phone reprimanded me and said I shouldn’t be on that plan. She was short and seemed upset. They did come out, but I never heard from them again. They never returned. No mail. No bills. No calls. Nothing. I think I must have been black-listed? 🙁 I’m going to say they’re awesome when they’re in front of you, they definitely get the job done, but they are NOT friendly over the phone. I’ve been getting mailers from Terminix wanting me back (I left them for Unipest), so I guess I’ll go that direction. I hope Unipest does well. I’m sorry they didn’t want me. I still don’t understand what I did wrong. 🤷🏻‍♀️

Cardon, the business owner, is very responsive and knowledgeable. The beehive that had formed within my walls is gone, the drywall is patched. All work was done quickly by his team, Amir and Bruce. If needed they will return to remedy a minor water situation, a thing that may resolve itself.

Many companies did not call me back, but when I called Unipest for a quote regarding our ant problem, they answered their phone and came out right away. Cardon was professional, energetic, very knowledgeable, and friendly. He gave me a reasonable quote and no contract! Awesome!

Cardon was the first to respond to my Yelp request for a quote, after hours! He was enthusiastic, friendly, and didn't talk down to me as a woman. BIG points there. After inspection, he agreed with me that fumigation was the way to go for our infestation of dry wood termites. He worked with me on pricing, (no hard sell) and was patient with us regarding scheduling. Both his office and the fumigation company stayed in touch with me throughout the process. We were thoroughly informed of what would be happening, and when. The fumigation company showed up on time, worked efficiently, and removed everything afterward. Everything went very smoothly, without pressure from Unipest, and we have options for a followup. Friendly, very reasonably-priced, and no pain. Thank you so much, Cardon! The worst customer service I have ever experience with this company. The sales guy promised something and when the service people show up, they refuse to do certain things. Also when they show up, no explain to us where they have sprayed or do we need them to spray any where else in the house. Totally waste of money. I wish I can rate them negative.
