Bob and Duff's Pest Control

I had Bob and Duffs last year when I was having some mouse/rat issues. They did a great job of working thru the problem and rid me of the issue. Unfortunately, those suckers came back and I had to call them back..but they resolved the issue once again. I didn’t want a contract for a year which is what Clark’s and Terminix required. These guys were great! Hope I don’t need them again but would call them if necessary.

Very poor customer service over the phone. Their website states they offer limited inspections. As soon as I asked to schedule one they immediately said “we don’t do that”. The rest of the conversation was not helpful and condescending. I recommend updating your website and maybe whoever answers your phone.

Technician Was Friendly And Helpful. Went Through The House And Pointed Out Details Of Rodent Activity. Quickly Placed Traps And Explained Next Steps. I Feel He Knew The Best Way To Solve The Problem. Look Forward To Working With Him Again.

Apparently there was a surge in cockroaches this year and unfortunately our neighborhood was inundated with them. When I called the office, they were aware of the issue and suggested a one time service. The technician came out and sprayed heavily in the areas we were seeing them. So far, so good! Crossing my fingers we don’t see any more again soon.
