Returned customer. First service a year ago was okay. This time, got ghosted a couple of times. “I will check the report and get back to your and schedule” then nothing happened. No response to phone or email. Don’t waste your time with them. Find a better service provider.

J&M termite are amazing. I wanted a second opinion on a termite inspection for a house I was buying. The inspector, Louis, did a very thorough job. When J&M's report turned up a lot of work the first report hadn't, Louis talked me through the report and the findings on the phone, answering all my questions. Because of the second report, I was able to negotiate and make sure the sellers covered the cost of the required Section 1 work. I also had J&M do most of the work -- the house was tented for termites and beetles, and then a substantial amount of framing was replaced (the total pest report was around $14k). The work was performed by Robert and his colleague. Robert was also excellent: a few places the work was less than expected so he updated the quote, and finished half a day earlier. Robert also talked me through when most of the underlying issues are coming from, which is really helpful as I get quotes to fix the roof for the underlying source of leaks. Robert also signed off on some of the work that another contractor (that the seller had organized) was doing that J&M couldn't do themselves, and again was extremely thorough, catching work that would have been subpar and working with the contractor to make sure their work was up to standard. Having a termite infestation in a new house is scary and unpleasant, but J&M resolved it painlessly. I highly recommend this firm, and while I hope I won't need their services again, I would not hesitate to use them if I do.

I don't know much about the ins and outs of termite eradication so I'm very grateful that I found J & M. From the time I called, yup, I knew I had termites, but had a lot to manage to get fumigation done. Jeannie was reassuring, kind and patient with me over the phone (explained what had to be moved out for fumigation) and Scott, who came out for the inspection added to the pleasant experience. The folks at J&M are caring, considerate and kind and those aren't qualities you usually hear about "contractors." They're more like specialists than contractors. Give them a call if you feel you need a termite inspection and expert advice. They are well worth the time and money.

J&M Termite is great. They are punctual and easy to communicate with. Louis has been at my place twice for different issues, and it was a great experience both times. It sucks to have termites, but at least with J&M you are dealing with professionals who are very knowledgeable.

I got a termite inspection from Louis today. He was great - very accomplished at his craft Louis was thorough and spent time making sure I saw and understood all of his findings. His final recommendation to wait and monitor is a perfect response to our situation - not a hard sell but a realistic response given our circumstances.

Dont waste money or time with terminex or that fake orange oil. Call the right guys the first time.

Theresa from the office is very professional, appointment scheduling is simple, and she is very quick and responsive in scheduling and returning phone calls. Robert is the lead technician that came for our Termite service. Robert was very professional and courteous. We did had an accident in damaging a water pipe under the concrete in the garage and the plumbing repair work was costly. Although on the Work Authorization contract, J&M is not responsible for the repair cost, they stepped up. Robert and Scott (owner) agreed to work with us and share the repair cost. During this pandemic and economic hardship, J&M not only is professional and stands behind their work, they also have high integrity and an ethical code of gold. They are proud of their work and take responsibility for their actions. This speaks volume of J&M as a business. I highly recommend J&M Termite Control to my social circle and would use them again in a heartbeat.
