We had a great experience working with this termite company for our home fumigation and termite treatment. From the initial inspection through the completion of the work, the entire team was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly responsive. They took the time to thoroughly explain the fumigation process(thanks Marvin and few other employees) address our subterranean termite issues, and recommend preventative protection for the attic. We had many questions along the way, and they were always easy to reach, patient, and willing to provide clear answers. Their pricing was fair and reasonable, and we never felt pressured into unnecessary services. The work was completed on schedule, exactly as promised, and the crew was punctual and respectful of our property throughout the process. Most importantly, we felt confident that the job was done thoroughly and correctly. It’s not often that you find a company that combines expertise, excellent customer service, timely execution, and fair pricing so well. We highly recommend them to anyone looking for termite treatment, fumigation, or preventative termite protection.

They are really professional the inspector Noah, search in every corner and made a detailed inspection for free, after that I contracted their services and they have done a pretty good job, they spend several hours doing a detailed fumigation. Thanks again.

I came across Termite Biz, a five-star company, and promptly requested a free inspection. Their prompt response impressed me. After the inspection, we discovered drywood termites. My inspector emailed me a detailed report the following day. Unfortunately, our house was infested with drywood termites, subterranean termites, and fungus damage in various areas. From the initial phone call to the inspection, the service was not only impressive but also extremely thorough. We opted for the local treatment option, which didn’t require us to move out. The treatment was successful, and I’m glad we called Termite Biz. I highly recommend them to our friends and family.

We first used Termite Biz over 10 years ago when we bought our home and later developed a termite issue. Marvin provided excellent service and post-treatment follow up. He and his company made such a positive impression on us that when we recently needed service again on the same home all these years later, Termite Biz was the first company we reached out to. We did do our homework by comparing their pricing with competitors and still found Termite Biz to be very reasonable in comparison. The service was done as promised, and it was timely and thorough. In the end we purchased the option of an extended warranty, which none of the "other guys" we interviewed offered. Absolutely enjoyed working with Marvin who was my Rep and Nick who is the master technician who inspected and provided treatment on my home. Marvin and Nick are both extremely knowledgeable about drywood termites and found them in my house and was immediately able to offer and consult me on the best decision for my family to exterminate these pests for a very reasonable and might I add best price vs competitors. They are on time and quick and do a very professionally clean job and they're willing to educate you and go above and beyond to take care of your home with additional prep and provide great warranty to make us feel safe inside. They're very professional, make you feel like friends or family with their consultation and easy to communicate with via text and to schedule without wasting your time. 10/10 would highly recommend working with them over other competitors where I did 6 quotes!

We discovered some termite droppings on one of our window sills and reached out to at least four different companies for an inspection. Mike from Termite Biz was the inspector who came out. He was polite, professional, and extremely thorough, conducting a full house inspection, including the attic (we have a newer home with no crawl space). During the inspection, he identified three drywood termite spots in the attic that many other inspectors had missed. Unlike other companies that immediately recommend fumigating the entire house, Mike took the time to explain various options, including localized treatment and spraying the attic to prevent future infestations, since there is a lot of exposed wood. He patiently answered all of our questions, and their pricing was very reasonable. Mike also returned to perform the treatment. Working with Termite Biz was a great experience, and we highly recommend them if you have any termite concerns.

Posting on behalf of my mother: We scheduled an inspection with Termite Biz on 10/18. Mike came and inspected our house. He look thoroughly outside the house, attic, and crawl space. Mike is polite, honest, and informative. I am very impressed with Termite Biz and highly recommend them.

These guys were great! Free consultation and they did a fantastic job fumigating my house in August. Tip for future customers: be sure to Nylofume bag up everything (food in fridge, food in pantry, everything not sealed in original glass jars / cans).

Marvin and Nick has been helping us for the last several years. They are very professional, knowledgeable, and always very quick to reply with any help we might have needed. More specifically, they helped us identify and fix all the problematic spots with termites when we just moved into our house , and then supported us through the years with answering our questions, promptly coming up to do additional inspections and did small adjustments to make sure the problems were not coming back.
