Do not use this company thatt my husband sold his Pest Control business to in March 2022. Anthony and Sharon signed a contract that they failed to finish paying on an installment agreement for the remaining contract amount. We left voicemails repeatedly, text messages, many phone calls, asking for some form of payment. My husband sold a book of business with many customers that felt we were leaving them in the right hands of a reliable, professional business owner. We honestly did too. Former customers have reach ed out to us complaining of the ownership, and the follow through with appointments were awful. Its very sad when a man's word is in ink on a registered document and they failed to do the next best thing....Honor the contract and pay up.

Review for Rat Pack Extermination I am extremely disappointed with the way this company handles follow-up and customer communication. It has been three weeks since Rat Pack Extermination came out to my property, and I have received no follow-up whatsoever, despite being told someone would follow up within a week. I reached out myself to check in and request an update, and even then, I still have not heard back. This level of communication is very unprofessional, especially for a service that deals with urgent pest issues. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this business to anyone. Reliable follow-up and accountability are essential in this type of work, and unfortunately, Rat Pack Extermination did not meet even basic.

My parents hired them a several months ago, the gentleman came through. He was very nice. He caught one rat we called several times after, he came back caught one more rat. We kept hearing rat noises. We called them and called them left messages. They told us the guy who was supposed to come out and got fired And they sent someone else out but then they sent the same exact guy out. I had to go and buy my own traps from Home Depot and I ended up catching six rats myself because we never got a response!And almost $900 later and I ended up doing all the work for my parents and not this damn company at all.

I contacted this business to exterminate rats in my garage. I had existing rat traps which they used. When a rat was caught, I had to dispose of it myself as I couldn’t get them out to remove it within a few days. One of the sons did disinfect one srea in my garage which was great. Otherwise I would not use this service again as I had maybe a total of 6 visits by them in a year.

I have a very bad experience with this company. Not effective, no response or follow up

I strongly advise against using this company for rat exclusion services. Here's my experience: I hired them in December 2023 for a rat problem in my attic. After nearly a year of service: They failed to catch a single rat Their solution was to install unsightly yellow wiring that proved completely ineffective They repeatedly failed to follow up on scheduled appointments despite promising to do so They never performed a thorough roof inspection to find all entry points When I finally hired a different company, they immediately identified multiple large holes in the roof that the first company had missed entirely The new company removed the ineffective wiring and properly addressed the entry points that had been allowing rats continued access throughout the year. My money was completely wasted with Rat Pact, as the problem remained unsolved despite their supposed 'treatment.' The company's poor communication, ineffective solutions, and incomplete inspection process made this entire experience frustrating and costly. I had to hire another company to properly resolve the issue. Save yourself time and money - work with a different pest control service.

This company did absolutely nothing to get rid of the rats! They were so lazy and seemed bothered! They were supposed to seal the two sides of my house where rats come from and the did a poor job! They still left space for rats to come in. Do not call these guys!

If I could give 0 stars I would. This company has been unprofessional, inconsiderate, and ineffective. After over a year of trying to give them the benefit of the doubt and work with them, they have stopped returning calls and messages. We are still dealing with pest issues, and we have hired another company. I absolutely do not recommend them.

This company has gone downhill. We were invaded with a nest of rats and they didn't have the time to come and get rid of the bodies or set the traps again until the following week. My mom did all that. I also asked multiple times to seal a hole in the garage because we were pretty sure that's how the rats were getting in the walls, one tech said they would, other said just never ever open up the garage. So they never sealed it. Multiple times the crew did not have the spray or vacuum to clean the garage even after I asked Anthony I wanted the area disinfected. They also have no respect for their clients' time. I wasn't getting the weekly apt texts to notify me of the time. I would have to call Anthony the morning of because my texts and calls were ignored. One week he said no one was showing up because they had the week off. Alright thanks for not letting me know. The following week they canceled on me the day of. Next day no one showed up. No one answered my texts or picked up my calls either. Next day my calls were going to voicemail and Anthony just texted with a time. No apology whatsoever. I hid my number, called again, and surprise! He picked up. Was he seriously ignoring me on purpose? Guys showed up over 4 hrs late. I took 3 days off from work because of them. But hey they did send their renewal text on time. What a joke.

Do yourself a favor and RUN AWAY from this company. They do not do anything efficient, do not cover the roles properly, pretend to fumigate but come up with empty bottles of “products”, do not properly clean the places when the rat feces have been found and then deny making all those “mistakes” even when we present them clear evidences! They are scammers who should not have any licence

I contacted Rat Pact Exterminators due to bird mites that were infested at my tenant's property. I initially spoke to Anthony who responded very quickly and confirmed that Derek will be coming out. Derek helped spray the home the first time, however due the massive infestation they did not go away easily. I called back Derek to inform him of the situation, he was very prompt and told me that it make a require a deeper treatment. He came out again and did two treatments at two different dates. The bird mites where then fully exterminated. I highly recommend them as they are professional, responsive, and great to work with!

Rat pact does a great job helping exterminate the rodents that sneak into my attic. They are especially good at finding entrances and sealing them up. Shout out to Louis for a great job today.

Anthony was AMAZING! I reached out for a quote LATE at night after hearing scratching in a wall-Anthony called me immediately to discuss my problem. He then went through my options, to include pricing breakdowns-sent me an extremely sensible estimate right away! Services were scheduled within 48 hours of signing the estimate, only for a GIANT lizard to come out of our wall and be relocated to outdoors without needing any services 😅 and yet Anthony was happy we didn’t have a rodent problem! I will for sure be using them if I should ever have any future problems!

They came to service for my regular pest control and are always quick and courteous. They address any concerns the same day and you can’t beat the price.

Everyone who has come to service my property has been courteous and efficient. There’s something to be said for supporting a small family owned business

They are flexible, work around my teaching schedule, and they are my go to for rats

Unfortunately, this business takes your money upfront and then makes excuse after excuse for not scheduling a worker to come out and do regular service intervals. Don't say you will come out weekly during covid and then blame covid for not coming out weekly! They charged me $1200 upfront to do an exclusion and provide 1 year of regular checkups for trap setting and maintenance. The problem is I kept getting rats in my attic and garage even after paying for the exclusion. After calling to schedule weekly appointments for ASAP, sometimes it would be 3 weeks or more before they came back. Before you know it, the 1 year warranty had passed and then they want you to renew for $350 to make sure no new entry points have been made. Not worth it at all. The way they seal up entrypoints is also really rudimentary. They staple chicken wire over the gap and then fill it with expanding foam. The foam gets chewed up or melts due to heat and exposure very quickly disintegrates and then it's just a wire preventing rats or squirrels from coming in. Which they end up doing because rats and squirrels can chew through a lot. Stay away and hire a professional. They say they have 20 years of experience but then send 20 yr old kids to find the entry points. Hire an expert instead who will take care of the problem for good.

They take your money up front but don’t come back regularly. We have called more than 10 times in the past week. First they couldn’t find a time to come out. Now they just won’t return our calls. We are part of a large association of historic homeowners. Several in our group have used this company. I will be sharing with our group about the lack of customer service and complete ghosting that we’ve experienced.

They have been great for me. I've have been using them for over a year now and it seems to be working really well. I believe they are honest and care about customer satisfaction.

Can't say they are not great but also can't say they are not horrible. Scheduling has been a massive issue since day one. Informed the owner of our availability and they proceeded to putting us on a schedule that didn't work for our "work" schedule. Probably great scheduling service for families that have an adult at home 24 hours day. Probably have to finish the services myself and deal with the loss of payment and warranty. Still under remediation to control the varmints and has been a month since the last scheduling attempt. And yes I have contacted the owner however I'm here writing a review. Had to come back to update this review as I still have not heard for SNM and proceeded to treat myself and in the 2 weeks I've gotten 9 rats.

Great experience with with Anthony (the owner) and all of his team. From scheduling, inspection, billing, all the way through the repair process. A special thanks to Ignacio and Jacob for a friendly, thorough, and professional inspection and repair. I will choose to keep using the Rat Pact as my exterminating company. Only giving 4 stars for now because they've only done the inspection so far. They replied to inquiry immediately and were able to come out within 2 days of my contacting them. Derek the inspector, arrived on time, was polite and courteous and very knowledgeable. He spent over an hour inspecting our home and property, including the attic. Very throrough!! Based on his inspection, he gave us some recommendations to try on our own first but if the problem persists, I will definitely be calling Rat Pact to follow up with more aggressive measures.

Horrible experience with both owner, Anthony and his employee Luis. They took my payment of $300 ($1000 total for services) but only placed two traps in the attic and garage. I could've done that. Claimed to have vaccumed and sealed holes. Not true. See review on Yelp for details. After 6 months of trying to get the job done I hired a professional exterminator who got the job done and cheaper! $900.

Wow look no further. I never leave reviews but they were great. They came to my house spent an hour with me inspecting for rats in my attic. I did have an odor in my sons room they could have easily singed me up and took my money. Instead he informed me that the activity looked old and the rodent most likely died in the wall and that the one exterior wall that I sealed myself worked. I will recommend Rat Pact to my friends and family. Thanks again
