Jcobb has done an excellent job, to replace and repaint the termite damaged fafter on the second floor.

I love this company. They come out once a year and spot treat and I don’t have the tenting and rot repair bill ever 10-15 years. They are pros.

I have worked with Solo Termite many years but haven't reviewed them before. I have an annual contract and once per year, they come out and give a complete inspection, looking for termites. They look in attics and crawl spaces, the garage and do an exterior review for subterranean termites. They also will come back during the year if you find termite evidence so they can treat as needed. I never feel like there's an upsell and the technicians who come are knowledgeable and friendly. I will continue to subscribe to their service.

I had been with another company for many years, and I thought it was time to verify their quality of work. It was very disappointing to learn how poorly my previous company was doing. We have been a customer of Solo Termite since 1998, when we purchased our home. The Solo staff are responsive, timely, courteous, professional, fair, and thorough. Solo performs an annual inspection, and on a few occasions they have replaced wood (mostly fascia boards). They also re- built our wood patio cover. Very happy with their service after a few years of having the house tented by another company the termites returned and my wife did not want the house tented again. Solo came and treated the 3 spots. After one year they came out and confirmed we no longer had termites.

This review is overdue. I had my house treated by Solo for both subterranean and drywood termites 10 years ago. At the time, Solo was the only pest control company I spoke with that wasn’t pushing tenting — and based on my research, that was exactly what I wanted. Since then, we’ve seen no further evidence of subterranean termites, and any new signs of drywood activity have been treated during annual inspections by Steve. Why am I confident these were real cases of new activity? For one thing, after 10 years of working with him, I trust Steve. For another, he always shows me exactly what he’s found and explains whether it is — or isn’t — evidence of termites. He also keeps records and has an excellent memory for previously treated spots, so he avoids false positives. Finally, this review wouldn’t be complete without mentioning that Steve is a genuinely nice guy and very easy to talk to. Needless to say, I recommend Solo wholeheartedly.

I’ve used Solo Termite since 2019. Originally they fumigated the house. I agreed to their annual inspection contract. I find them very easy to work with. Everyone is very friendly and courteous. For the annual inspection I call and schedule a date and time. That day the person calls to let me know they are on their way and always on time. Very pleased with their service.
