Had to chase after them after they came in for an inspection. Keep getting answering machine of a home instead of a professional business. Don't waste your time and use a professional (yes, a REAL expert, not just a kid who calls himself that!) Ended up calling Orkin instead. A real pro picked up and took the time to walk me through the whole process!

I been using this company for sevral month and trust them unfortunately i am sorry and disappointed for the service and there honesty, my Tenat had problem and call other termite company and find out the traps were empty and i was charge for nothing all those months

The tenants house was never rodent proofed by us. We had bait stations outside, not traps, to control the population which were maintained as agreed. Since the house was not rodent proofed there was no guarantee implied or expressed that rodents would not get inside. We are disappointed that you did not call us to handle the problem inside properly.

I've been using Expert Pest Control for three years and wouldn't consider using anybody else. They are timely and efficient. If you're looking for a pest control company give Expert a try.

We've been using Expert Pest control for coming up on two years now. We've had very few problems since having them come out and spray on a monthly basis and it is comforting to know they are using a non-toxic insecticide. The workers do not even wear protective gear.
