I ordered from them and paid for my order yet the original delivery date was pushed back 3 days. Still haven't received my order a week later. Made contact and the return message was a rude message that allegedly the payment didn't go through when it was paid even though bank statements show otherwise. This company is not reputable, does not honor their guarantees, nor do they have the intelligence to be decent towards customers concerns. Instead they threaten to contact other suppliers to stop sales to the individuals. There is no professionalism in this company and it should be boycotted for their ignorance and rude demeanor towards their customers, as well as lack of concern for customer happiness. With their products. If they lack any concern for customer problems how much pride do they take in their products.

Just received a shipment of ladybugs and praying mantis for our garden. High Sierra ladybugs and praying mantis were thriving and the company sent excellent instructions for releasing into the yard. Two of the four cases errupted with nymphs just minutes after picking up from post office. I will never be tempted to purchase these the register at my local nursery or home improvement store again!
