Homeshield employees are sloppy, careless and terrible at communicating with homeowners. One technician dripped (what turned out to be the wrong kind of spray) all over our house with solution puddling at baseboards. Another technician broke our mechanical driveway gate with brute force instead of waiting for me to answer the door. Every technician needs a workshop on basic communication and customer service and generally being truthful about the service being provided matching what is paid for.

Isaac did a great job at our home. We received termite treatment for two different types of termites, so the process was fairly extensive. He was so thorough and explained every step of the way. He also checked multiple times to see if I had any questions. I appreciated his communication and thoughtfulness throughout the job.
