Scheduled a time with me then showed up 2/12 hours early. I was not here as I was at a meeting scheduled around our scheduled time. This was very important . A same day service is not true, or their time!! Do not recommend you waste your time!

This company is terrific. They solved our bee problem, in a humane way that saves the bees. I want to note, in particular, how Natalie, facilitated this process in a way that made it run smoothly. She is absolutely outstanding. She is professional, knowledgeable, considerate and smart. She not only analyzed what we needed, she developed the strategy and kept us informed and updated at every step of the process. Natalie not only scheduled the technicians, she alert us several times on the days they were to arrive, about their arrival times. We were never left in the dark, or given a several hour period during which we had to guess when the technician arrived. She also continually checked on the status of the bee removal. The kind of attention to detail given to us by Natalie is so rare and so appreciated in this day and age. Bravo to a company that does a good job, and to having the good sense to hire someone like Natalie to interact with customers.

Phew! The Yellow Jacket's nest is GONE!!! Malibu Bee Specialists were friendly, knowledgable, and efficient. I called on a Monday morning and a technician was at my house by lunchtime. We had a Yellow Jackets nest under some wooden steps, they were gone immediately upon treatment, and five days later there is no sign of life near the nest. Thanks guys!!

What a great company to deal with when the need arise to deal with bees. We all know that bees are needed, but when they take over a part of your home, they need to be removed. I am SOOO glad I found Bee Specialist. This is the second time I have used them and both times I was very happy with their service. Not only were they very efficient, but most important to me was the way they actually care for the well being of the bees and how they relocate them to Santa Clarita area to help them pollinate farms in there. Would not hesitate for a minute to call them again should the need arise.
