I sent a payment and it was returned..... Wow that is a really unprofessional response. Firstly all I said was my payment was sent back to me. Did you guys change mailing addresses? Secondly it's very arrogant to assume you're competion would feel so threatened by you that they would have someone write bad reviews. If that where the case don't you think the review would say something more negative then my payment wouldn't go threw.

It’s really sad that our competition feels compelled to leave reviews like this because this person is definitely not a customer of ours and has not ever been a customer of ours. We are a small family owned company and we don’t deserve stuff like this. Life is hard and people like you make it harder to try our best to be a respectable business in this small town after the fire. Good luck and God Bless.

We called about a mice invaidsion. Ben came out the next day. He told us what we should do and then he gave us 3 samples of glue boards for free. We caught 3 mice that evening. I bought more glue boards and caught 4 more. If we had a problem we could not handle we would call them without hesitation.

I called Ben on a Wednesday, Thursday at 7 a.m. he showed up to tell me that I had a mouse I needed to close up some holes. he spent 20 minutes looking at my RV and tell me what my issues were didn't charge me a penny and resolved my problem. I wish more people were is professional and compassionate as Ben. Thank you so much.

I highly recommend this company. BEN is outstanding and so very thorough He not only took the time to explain everything but he address each and every concern I had. I had seen ONE roach and was so afraid of seeing more. After BEN treated my home, I NEVER saw another one again. He took the time where other companies just "blew thru" to inspect my home and recommend treatment. Greenwald was the answer to my prayers. Thank you BEN!!!
