I have used Center Termite for several years to check for termites and do a preventative spray in the cellar of my 100 year old house. A couple of weeks ago, I scheduled an appointment, cleared my work schedule so I would be available and then they wanted to change the appointment because their technician's schedule changed. Apparently, my schedule is irrelevant and they do not care about keeping long term customers. Definitely do not recommend

I appreciate your feedback unfortunately unforeseen events happened and my technician had a family matter to attend in the morning. I attempted to call all week to inform you of the change but unfortunately the number we had we were unable to reach you, calls were made Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and even Thursday afternoon. I was completely unaware of any other number until today. I understand your time is valuable and I apologize for not being able to keep the appointment as promised. We appreciate your business throughout these years. Bless you and your home. Thank you.
