Incompetent, rude, and lacked all relevant knowledge. Steve Auteri performed the majority of the home inspection in my home. He came in and immediately demanded answers to my home not relevant or within his scope of work such as information about the utility lines that feed the home. He did not know any code, there were multiple times where I requested the code relevant to the “issue” and he said he did not know. I really like and appreciate Cal Pro Pest, and I like Richard. I was disappointed this time for a couple of things. First they were supposed to be here 2+weeks ago, and I understand there was an accident of sort. However, they said it would be a day or two. I just had my house treated for pest services by Alex at CalPro. I have been having ant issues on and off ever since I moved into this house a couple years ago, and I’ve had Alex as my technician a few times. He’s always so thorough and earnestly trying to treat the root of the issue, not just put a temporary band-aid on it. I greatly appreciate the extra time and care he gave today.
