American Construction and Landscaping have been great partners to work with from start to finish on our hardscape and landscape project which included new pavers front and back, newly sodded backyard, relocating a tree, new sprinklers in the front yard, and complete exterior paint. John took the time to really understand our goals for the landscape and hardscape renovation and came prepared with terrific ideas that made the final design even better. Along the way we ran into a few surprises—subsurface drains, tree roots, and more—but John and Joe tackled each one with patience and professionalism, finding smart solutions that kept disruption to a minimum without compromising the finished result. John and Joe are true perfectionists, planning and executing every detail with care. We were especially impressed by Joe’s precise paver work and strong work ethic. We couldn’t be happier with the results. Because our corner lot is highly visible, neighbors stopped by daily to compliment the progress and new look. Joe and John communicated with us daily on any problems they ran into and let us know of any delays or issues (caused by two rainstorms during the project). We would recommend them without reservation.

This company has done three jobs on our property now and I highly recommend them. Our interior work is fantastic and visitors always ask who modernized our 1980s home. They also did our landscaping work which is not only low water but super low maintenance. We spend a lot more time enjoying our yard now versus working on it!

I landscaped my backyard for the express purpose of getting rid of foxtails because they are dangerous for the dogs. Asked specifically for gopher wire and was told I wouldn’t need it because I can just gas them. Six months later the lawn is torn up by gophers and foxtails are growing everywhere. Really wish they would have just installed gopher wire in the first place like I asked instead of letting myself get talked out of it. The whole process became very frustrating, if I could go back I would choose a different company.

Superb job on a complete bathroom remodel. Carpentry, tile, plumbing, electric with complex design issues. I couldn't be happier. Mark and his crew were great to work with, kept every promise, and delivered a product that exceeded my hopes. Thanks guys.
