Andy's Termite & Pest Control

Our HOA hired this company for a large termite treatment project. While I appreciate that the damaged roof tiles were ultimately replaced, the level of customer service I experienced afterward was unprofessional. When I thanked the employee for locating and replacing the tiles, he told me he was only doing so because "he wanted to," not because the company was responsible under its contract. He also referred to us as a "difficult client" because we raised concerns about landscaping damaged by their trucks and other project-related issues. After completing a termite treatment project involving more than 20 homes, I was surprised that the company chose to argue with a homeowner over the replacement of three damaged roof tiles rather than simply view it as good customer service.

Would have been great if any of the crew spoke English. The face of the company is American everything was cool, till tent day then a crew of non English speaking workers shows up cant answer any questions. Felt like Tijuana with an American price tag. Too bad I couldn't pay with pesos.

Speaking as a tenant of a property serviced by Andy's Termite: Andy and his team have made what could have been a stressful experience considerably less so. He has been doing this for 46 years, and is old school in all the right ways. Before the fumigation, Andy gathered our apartment group for what he called a "Fumigation Class," and it was fantastic. He walked us through the logistics we needed to handle on our end as well as how fumigation actually works, why certain items need to be bagged and others don't, and how the gas dissipates afterward. The session was clear, friendly, and thorough enough that I left with my questions answered and my anxieties calmed. They also provided practical online resources as a refresher. The care Andy takes in his work is evident - he aims to do the job completely, and with as little disruption to residents as possible. We see so many contractors these days focused on getting in and out as quickly as the law allows; Andy is the opposite, and I'll be recommending him for any future fumigation work I come across or need.

Realizing that you have termites for the first time is pretty stressful. I called Andy's and got them to inspect my entire property. Kenny was great, patient and informative. He gave me the options and did not try to upsell or create panic. Ended up getting spot treatments and an appointment was scheduled within a week. Took a little over an hour for the treatments. No smell, no unpleasantness. Keeping my fingers crossed that the treatments work (it only happened today), but I'm very pleased with the whole experience, all things considered.

I am very happy with the inspection that Don performed on my property. A different inspector saw termite wings and suggested I tent my house. Don from Andy's Termite inspected the property for termite holes, couldn't find any, and based on a few other questions advised me not to do anything yet as the termites were likely flying into an open window from my neighbors buildings. Despite them being financially incentivized to the contrary, they gave me good, honest advice. Along with recommending them to my neighbors, when I (inevitably) do need termite control services, I'll be contacting Andy's.

They treated the wood twice but so little that no change took place. Customer service was even worse

We used Andy's for the termite inspection and fumigation. Overall a very good experience, they tented the whole place for 2 days. We have not seen any termite droppings since.

Professional and friendly staff

We have used Andy’s for years to free inspect and treat if necessary. We ran into an unusual to me issue from a home inspector. All the related trades recommended getting Andy’s opinion. So Andy himself came out and crawled under and fence figured out everything and put all fears to rest. GREAT. And he will do additional help for free. Super smart and helpful.

Frank , Adam and 2 other people made a very good team. Their coordination is so perfect. It took them 100 minutes to cover and 40 minutes to uncover the whole house.

I was referred to Andys Termite by my boss who had them come and inspect his home. They were on time super professional and most importantly honest. Don Paulson went around my entre house and told me he didn't see any termites or at least nothing I have to worry about. This was after I had killed 15 termites in my bedroom and I had no idea where they came from. I highly recommend this company.

We were working on a refinance & had a crazy time crunch to get an inspection/certification done. The team at Andy's Termite went above & beyond to achieve this for us. Tina & Joanna - working the phones & emails were prompt & very helpful with scheduling. Our inspector Don was knowledgeable & very helpful, he knew exactly what needed to be done. Also, I couldn't find a place that could beat their price or timeliness! Most places charge ridiculous certification fee.

Andy's Termite was attentive, punctual and great to work with! They tented our house and the very next day was a windy storm, but the tent stayed nice and tight! I really appreciated Andy's video on preparing the household for tenting.
