Clark Pest Control Corporate Office

At this time I recommend staying away from Clark. I hired them last summer to deal with an infestation of mice at our summer cabin. Clark had serviced the cabin when my parents lived there. I paid for an initial evaluation and treatment and an exclusion treatment, about $2000.00 as I recall (don’t have me records here). In addition I have paid $100 per month for monitoring and treatment for mice. On June 7th my daughter-in-law and grandchildren opened the cabin expecting to stay 10 days. The found the cabin unlivable because of mice infestation, droppings in every room, in the silverware drawer, in the beds, in the open refrigerator, etc. having free run mice will have been everywhere, kitchen drawers and cabinets, bedroom beds, drawers and closets, requiring cleaning of most everything. Getting hold of a Clark person was impossible. I spent several hours over two days calling several Clark numbers, waiting for return calls which never came, getting no further than the call center, except on the last of the second day I was able to secure the promise of an inspection 3 days from today. Not being able to talk with a Clark person I have written them and provide this review, hoping for contact. If Clark will not honor their contract and guarantee I am facing a significant cost to clean the cabin and pay for a motel during the process. The big question, how could Clark not see the mouse infestation in their monthly inspections. To be continued.

Horrible customer service. Make any excuses on their behalf to not accept fault. Would never recommend them to any one. I also attempted to reach out to corporations but received the same incompetence staff.

I spoke to Kayla a few months ago given the pest person just shows up with no warning. They used to call, AND text. Now they just show up - always at dinner time, when we are cooking in our outdoor kitchen! Kayla promised they would call AND text - they did not, after asking 3 TIMES! Today he showed up a 4:50, just as I put some ribeye's on the grill! The leadership of this company/branch is inept. I am firing them, and will write several letters about how poor their service is. One to the CEO, and the other to the BBB. Oh, and the guy park's in front of my home, where there is a clearly posted "no parking" sign. I have personally asked him 4 times not to park there. He DID again today.

This company is trash. They have some young kids doing door to door sales and they tell you one thing and sell another. Terrible service and it doesn't work. Had to call them after 2 months to remind them that they're suppose to come out and spray. On top of that, their treatments are ineffective and I have more bugs and spiders after they sprayed. I would definitely stay away from this company and especially their Lodi office. Only added one star because you can't post without one. They're not deserving of this AT ALL!!!

I have to buy my own poison and spray around the house because Clark is not effective as it used to be. They also used to be a lot more affordable. They keep raising their rates every year. The sad thing is, I've had them for over 10 years.

I have used Clark's Pest Control for 30 years but the ladies in the office doing the billing has messed up my account and has coast me extra money at my bank when I called asked to talk to manager or the boss was told o just don't use this place took me 3p years

The service per say is great. However, when I tried to cancel the account, their system is poor. They come to your house every other month, and they bill you monthly. When I cancelled, I thought the system would square all remaining balance. But they did not. So I kept receiving letters and phone call and they were saying I had an overdue balance when they had my credit card on file. And I ended up paying extra fees for it. Very frustrating... because the service is good but their cancelation system is not.

I described my move to cancel my service, and was taken care promptly, kind and effecently.i had been a customer since 1995, and was always very satisfied with Clark's service. I had the same tech(Charlie) for many years. He not only did a great job, but on a couple of occasions even lended me a hand on a couple in house repairs. One could not ask for better, effecent service; but also ask for a nicer, effecent service tech, also a kinder man, always willing to assist if needed! thank you Charlie for your great service, and your kindness over all these years. I would give Clark Pest Control, and MY GOOD FRIEND CHARLIE, 5 ⭐ SERVICE!

Joshua Hobbs came out to my residence today 5/28/22 to respray he park his truck blocking my drive way I ask him to move his truck park onside of my truck he says I can't park in street this are where they park every since I started My service he argue with me I was mad please don't have this guy come back to my house period it's fi e for him to park on side of my truck like they been doing never had that problem

Pretty good they made me an appointment for next week

I have no spiders in the house since Clark technician has been spraying my yards regularly.

Lance was very professional and friendly. He took resolved our mouse problem the same day. No more mice! Thank you!!
