I’ve had the pleasure of working with Romeo’s Pest for almost 3 years. They are the sweetest people and so easy to work with. They service my commercial property and that requires some flexibility with timing and they always have gone above and beyond to work with me. When I started working in this property it had a severe infestation problem and they have helped tremendously not only knock it out but keep it clear. I appreciate them and will continue to work with them as long as I need pest management assistance. They’re the best!

Mosquito abatement seems to help

So far so great!! Our Romeo technician Jose always shows up on time, always rings the doorbell, asks us if there were any concerns. And he stays for a good amount of time. Other services we had spent 10 or 15 minutes, but Jose is here about 30 minutes, is very thorough. He’s friendly and courteous. I would recommend Romeo Pest Control to friends.

Price is certainly very reasonable when the immediate response service is taken into consideration!! This company takes pride in their team. Jeff is bug informed & takes environmental situations serious with respect to spraying. Jeff immediately responded to a large hatch of bugs taking up residence with me. This valley has so many other areas to keep bugs happy. Just not on the walls of my home. thank you!!

We have gone through multiple pest control services over the years, so glad we found Romeo Pest Control, we’ve been with them for about 3 years, TOP NOTCH SERVICE, no more bugs in the house, and I had a mouse chew through my spark plug wires in my truck before hiring them, no issues with mice since they showed up 3 years ago. Lori in the office is amazing to work with. Great local company, love supporting our home town Lincoln businesses!

Update: I decided to cancel my service for personal reasons. When I emailed them, I immediately received a call, they were uniformed about my account and asked me several questions before reviewing my account. I found this call disruptive and it was clear they were more concerned about my cancellation than customer service. Great communication and outstanding service. A solid year of service, always ready to answer my questions and they return if you report any issue.

Jeff treated our Lincoln home today. He is kind, informative and professional. We debated using a pest control company, but our experience this year with Romeo has been exellent.

The owner has unnecessary anger issues.

Very poor customer service. The techs do a sloppy job (except James who I had to request to do my service). So much cobwebs still despite being serviced, and I had to remove them myself. I was with this company for 2 years and this email I received (attached) was quite rude. I simply asked to reschedule sooner depending on their availability, because I noticed an increase in pest activity, and I received that response. It's off-putting. I even left a voicemail to speak with the manager regarding this email, but never received a call back. It's apparent they don't have flexibility with scheduling and have no customer service recovery. They don't care about their customers and don't even want to make the effort to make things right with them. DO NOT choose them for your pest control needs.

Romeo pest control - "we don't listen"

Called just to ask a few questions on a home they serviced but he told me he was super busy and hung up on me. Not sure if that's a good way to treat potential new clients

I had a very unsettling experience with Romero pest control service. After I canceled their services, the OWNER showed up at my house unannounced, rang the doorbell and knocked standing out front for over five minutes. I didn't answer since I wasn't prepared for the day, but I also had a weird feeling since we had already cancelled their services paying the $300 cancellation fee. I left a message to ask if there was an issue with my cancellation, and instead of addressing it professionally over the phone, the owner insisted on coming to my house to discuss the situation in person. I declined twice, his persistence was uncomfortable. When I finally got him to explain over the phone, he tried to badmouth the company I switched to, laughing and mocking me for my decision. This kind of behavior is completely unprofessional, especially coming from the owner of the company. If you value professionalism, courtesy, and respect for your decisions, I would strongly recommend staying away from this company.

I watched this man disrespect my signage to stay off of my property due to landscaping changes. He walked right across my gravel and lawn like he owns my property. If you're this disrespectful to a homeowner, imagine him providing pest control services. We have public sidewalks for a reason, yet you're too lazy to use them. You don't need this guy. Buy a sprayer and some Talster Professional bug spray online.
