They won't call me back and I've been customer for a few yrs. Now, the lady who answers phone called me once to say guy wS sick and they would be ready up c ok ming week never herd back and they don't answer phone or return calls

They were very thorough treating my gopher problem and very careful about not disturbing my 30 different varieties of irises. I did definitely call them again for black widow infestation and other bugs!!

I called them January 12th at 4:37 PM. I called again the next morning at 10:37 AM. They finally return my phone call at 1:40 PM and told me they would contact my tenant and go over there to give me an estimate. I never heard from them nor did they ever call my tenant. Richard called me today and proceeded to yell. He was very angry about the Yelp review and people who use yelp. It is one thing to have a discussion and it is another thing to unlease anger. I hope he gets help because someday that anger is going to get him into a lot of trouble.

They came and sprayed water I guess, never stopped any bugs, been calling for a month now leaving messages, no response, and girl that answers phone very unprofessional, very.

Once I had ants and they made an emergency visit without charging me, and I haven’t seen an ant since!
