When Marc came by to inspect and give a quote he seemed honest and genuine. He was the best contractor in our opinion, not the highest, not the lowest. He sold us on his focus and up front manner. Since we had holidays and travel and rainy weather for a couple of months, the project was start and stop, mainly for our convenience. As we advanced and worked through our previous commitments and the rains, everything picked up and progressed rapidly. He found a thing or two that he had missed and were not in the quote, he just went ahead and did it with no extra charges. We hardly never had such a trustworthy and flexible contractor who pleased us so well. His workforce was quick, did not walk on all the plants and cleaned up. We also had some other work that was not included and he recommended someone who was equally satisfactory. Try him. I am sure you will agree. We recommend Marc without reservation.

We are so very pleased with the professionalism, efficiency, quality, AND patience that Marc has shown us.  My husband and I are in our 70's, still very active for our age, but a lot less hands-on when it comes to coordinating and overseeing home repairs.  We were referred to Quantum Termite and Construction by a company that only does pest control who gave them a glowing review. But I still Googled them--to find 5 star reviews! And, what a GREAT experience it was working with Marc. He went over and beyond to get out job done.  He put us on a fast track by personally contacting and arranging everything to get our house tented in time to meet our crazy deadline. Before ever meeting me he got everything scheduled and walked me through the whole process. This is my very first review and I had to figure out how post a review. But Marc deserves a 5+++ review for keeping a frazzled woman from going completely bonkers and a husband who was happy not to be bothered!

Quantum Termite is the best!!! I wouldn’t trust anyone else for this service. They do it all, tent, preventive, spot treatment, plus the construction/repairs, fascia, eaves everything! I am so glad we used Quantum bc the whole job was done professionally and effectively to rid our home of termites and prevent them from damaging our house!

Quantum Termite is the best! Very honest and friendly, they tell you what you need done and don’t try to over sell you. I have called the bigger companies and have had ridiculous quotes, then have quantum do the job for a fraction of the price that the others have quoted.

If you are looking for the ultimate termite professional Marc is your guy! My wife and I are purchasing an older home and needed an honest, unbiased assessment of any termite issues. Marc came highly recommended and we were so thrilled with him. He was beyond thorough in his inspection of the property and spent as much time as we needed answering any questions that we had. He was the most knowledgeable inspector we had on the property and we would use him again in a heartbeat.

I can't say enough about Quantum and in particular, Marc DeShane. I first meet Marc a couple years ago after purchasing a home that had extensive termite damage that was not caught during the inspection or disclosed during the sale. I won't bore with the stories of the hack job termite treat and repair companies I spoke with before Calling Quantum. Marc helped me plan and execute all the reconstruction that was required. It was fantastic working with Quantum during such a stressful time. Since that time, I have worked with Quantum on several other projects including regular termite treatments. Marc is extremely organized and detail oriented. He thinks through the project ahead of time, shows up prepared and on time, and does fantastic work. I simply won't call anyone else for construction or termite needs.

Had recent evidence of termite activity in my master bath. Called Quantum and Scheduled an inspection with Marc. He was knowledgeable, extremely professional and definitely "knew his stuff" there was no hard sell and no gloom and doom scenario. Marc DeShane is the ultimate professional. I called him to do a termite inspection prior to painting the exterior of my house. He responded quickly to my initial call; made the appointment within a reasonable time; was sensitive to my time constraints; and performed the inspection including a verbal report the next working day. (I called him Friday afternoon and the inspection was completed the following Monday afternoon.) He is friendly and very honest. The added bonus was that he is a local businessman. I would highly recommend him to anyone in need of termite services. You won't be disappointed!
