Worst company

I’m disappointed with the service. I was told to wait 3–5 weeks to see results, but there was no decrease in the spider activity at all. When I reached out about the unresolved issue, I was given another appointment three weeks later, which is not reasonable for a problem that was never solved in the first place. Instead of addressing the lack of results, the company repeated the same policies I was already informed of. I expected problem-solving, not scripted responses. This was not the level of service I expected.

Jake and Joseph are top notch! I had a rodent problem in my small apartment and Joseph came over and inspected every possible point of entry for the mice. He was super thorough, very knowledgeable, and personable. Scheduling was a breeze and I love how they text you letting you know they’re on their way. That’s service well done. I’ll be using Minti for all of my pest control needs!

I'm continuously impressed with the incredible customer care of the Minti team. They are super responsive and knowledgeable. They also use pet friendly chemicals which I really appreciate. We had the pleasure of meeting Jake the owner and he answered all our questions, giving us detailed and thoughtful responses when we realized we had termites. We've been using Minti services almost a year now and we couldn't be happier!

I will never use another pest control company other than Minti- they were fabulous! We had an issue with rodents and birds inside our walls/dryer duct and Jake easily and quickly identified the problem, source, and solution. After listening to my observations and taking a look, he knew exactly where they were entering from and the steps to take. He removed the large birds nest from inside of our dryer duct and quickly replaced what they had ruined by being in there. He was on time, efficient, professional, and very friendly. I now have peace of mind knowing the problem is solved and will definitely be referring them. Thanks Minti!
