The Rig Man

Our pest-control company hired this shop to service several Birchmeier REB-15 backpack sprayers. We paid to have the gaskets and hoses replaced and supplied the replacement parts ourselves. When the sprayers were returned, they still had the same performance problems, and the original gaskets appeared not to have been replaced. We brought the equipment back, and one hose was replaced. However, one of the sprayers later began leaking from the trigger again. When one of our technicians returned with it, the owner refused to perform the repair, stating that we had already been allowed one return. During my subsequent conversation with him, he repeatedly interrupted me, raised his voice, and directly refused to complete the work we had already paid for. Turnaround times were also consistently much longer than estimated, often extending into weeks. Based on our experience, I cannot recommend this shop for commercial equipment repairs. We paid for specified work, supplied the necessary parts, and ultimately received equipment with unresolved problems and no refund.

Alfredo is the man as well as Brian his worker. Great guys, very knowledgeable and friendly.

The rig man/ men is the Pest control Termite companies, technicians, technician. Get your B&G, power spray, foggers, ect serviced here, point blank. Operators, they sell rigs here. Lumber racks, ect, just ask. I won't come here again, I'll come here for life.
