Super responsive, helpful and knowledgeable. Please be aware that they are a 24x7 business responding to emergency and urgent calls. Many times they’ll come to you the same day! But this comes at a cost. Worth every penny IMO.

95 % of my reviews are 5 Star. I Do Not Enjoy Giving Bad Reviews. Only For EXCEPTIONALLY BAD EXPERIENCES. A number of years ago I called these people to remove bees for a client of mine in Rancho Santa De for a 50th birthday party. Guy showed up and walked in the backyard saw a bunch of bees flying around and said oh we can't do this .... $250 Please. LEFT IN 5 MINUTES. RIPOFF !!!! CALL ANYONE ELSE. I should not have paid him. I was sharing this story with another client yesterday and was mad all over again.

Roman was EXCELLENT! My problem started on a Monday afternoon - came downstairs at 2p in afternoon to my 2 cats peering into my fireplace...thought it might be a bird or something - went to look and noticed bees flying on my LR window (unusual) as they never came in that many before (there were about 4)..looked inside the FP and you could hear a ROAR..next few minutes they were covering my LR window. Long story - longer - I couldnt find a fly swatter (which now I know wouldnt have mattered anyway)..they were too difficult to get out the back door so ran to my neighbors house and he helped me cover the FP temporarily to stop the flow. Now it is where Roman is a star - I called at minimum 10 different Bee and Pest people..frantically googling my area..many had websites 24/7 - same day service.."solve your bee problems"..MOST would not answer or call me back. The ones that did deferred me to "pest control". The Pest control were very similar..the first guy I called he referred me back to the "bee people". Never gave me a name/number either..the problem was left with me. Finally got a pest person to come out (no bee people would help)..they couldnt get to the chiminey. The next day..after I was somewhat more calm, found Roman. He came out IMMEDIATELY. Suit and all went to top of my chimney but unfortuntely couldnt get the top part of chimney off. Note my chimney is super high...the reason the first pest guy told me "no can do" is he didnt feel "safe" and didnt have a high enough ladder. Roman was so helpful he agreed to come back around MY schedule when I found someone to remove the top of chimney which was next day (day 3). He came out early, and problem was solved. I had a swarm of bees that invaded my chimney. Roman is a "live bee remover" so he removes safely, humanely and is extremely customer centered. I was also impressed how caring he is with his competition he told me if he couldnt help me - gave me a number or a larger outfit. He was also super reasonable compared to some that I called - who even though I did find a larger bee company told me I had to sit with the problem another week (which with bees timing is everything as they could build a hive inside my chimney and that could ruin my chimney as well as put them in more danger) - Roman is all action. I recommend him 6 stars!!

we had a bee infestation and was struggling to get rid of the bees that were coming into our house, it was awful. My wife was on the phone trying to get some help as we had hundreds of bees flying inside our house. No one would help, only Mike. He answered his phone in his car and told us to seal off the chimney, which we discovered is where they were coming in. He saved us and we are very grateful for his advice and kindness in our time of desperation. We highly recommend him and his company, Bee Best was great, thank you Bee Best!

Do not recommend this company. Bee Best put off working on our home (for friends/family in town visiting, which we pardoned numerous times) after having an approved estimate for months until the rainy season arrived. Once this happened, rain caused a considerable amount of damage which they were not willing to help with compensation of after being responsible for putting the work off for months. At that point, they decided not to work with us moving forward, leaving our roof damaged and our family SOL. *I never write reviews but had to in this case because of the integrity, clarity, and follow through issues that we dealt with with this company - particularly Jeff who we worked with. *Follow on to the company’s response below* You’re right. You didn’t directly cause harm to our roof. You are confusing the issue - I didn’t say you all did. It’s what you didn’t do that hurt our roof. You called and cancelled 3 appointments for personal reasons (over the span of 2 months) before finally making it to our house. My wife had to reach out to YOU multiple times to get you to follow through. When you finally did come, it was due to an emergency of rain pouring through our ceiling due to the first heavy rain of the season; and instead of helping my wife as a sign of goodwill for putting work off for that amount of time, you and your partner roofing company charged her $750 to put on a cheap tarp, haphazardly placed on our roof. Then you “fired” us, presumably because you knew you had done enough damage already. Hope this clears things up for outsiders considering using this company. If integrity, follow through or honesty are important to you, I would strongly advise you to seek out another company.

They had someone out to remove the swarm in no time and were reasonably priced, polite and don't kill the bees.

They came within an hour of my call. Removed the bees quickly and humanely. Said they’re going to a bee farm in El Cajon which makes me feel better about having to remove them from my place of business. The technician was courteous and professional and took time to explain everything. This is my second experience with this company over the years and I’m very happy.

We called Jeff on Sunday with a serious emergency. The new director at one of our office buildings had gone in to organize her office and it was full of 1000's of bees. Twenty minutes after the call, Jeff was on the job. The bees are gone and the hive removed without the use of any chemicals inside. Under all of the circumstances and our dire need, we thought the price was reasonable.

Great service!! Called about 1:30 on Friday and Jeff was out before 3 to take a look. There were too many bees on a large hive our neighbor had spotted (too many leaves on our side) for them to be relocated, but he came back the same night to treat them and will be back on Monday to remove the hive. We were so glad to have such a speedy response! Thank you!

Jeff Lutz is truly “the Bee whisperer”. I discovered the hive the size of a large basketball around 2 pm. The hive was gone by 4 pm. I was left with clear directions on what to look for in case the hive was reforming. I really liked that he was able to do the removal in a humane way and was happy to hear they would be relocated. I would definitely recommend and use his services again! Thank You Jeff!

Fast service! I had a big family reunion planned in the backyard but we found a lot of bees outside. Their hive was well hidden too. I called several companies that couldn't come short notice but these guys were available and came by in 15 minutes. They were super professional and took care of the problem. So thankful for their help!

Jeff came through. Assessed the situation. Found a swarm not a hive and handled it like a G. Also told us to stay away from citrusy scents because bees are attracted to them. Jeff was quick and efficient. Couldn’t have asked for better service.

Jeff, the tech, showed up on time and even called in advance to let me know he was on the way. He quickly determined the exact location of the hive, which was hidden deep inside a fence-wall. Within 20 minutes, he completely removed the hive and eliminated the bees. The service couldn't have been better!

Just called Jeff to remove a wasp nest from the second floor exterior of our home. The technician was very professional and had the wasps removed quickly. I would highly recommend this company.

I called at 7pm hoping to get some emergency help with a bee ball that needed to be removed after a bee swarm in our backyard. The lady who helped me was absolutely professional and helpful and informative. They went out of their way to schedule quickly to get it taken care of.
