USA organic pest control services

I have been using Edward’s service for years which was only for gopher treatment and I always paid him cash. Last month July 2023 I called him and asked him if he could help with possum issues that I had in my backyard. Confidently he said yes. He was telling me that what he is using is a professional product and when I asked him about Home Depot’s products he laughed and said good luck with that. First while he was using his “professional “ product, l noticed the bottle. And then after he finished his first treatment he asked for the whole money which was $275.00 I was a little surprised. Because according to him he had to do the treatment three times. Once every month. I had only $150.00 in my wallet which I gave it to him. After a week passed I noticed no effect on possums then I found out the product that he used is $22 and some change .. when he came back this month I confronted him and asked for my money back which he received from me by fraudulent business . He did not respond kindly, did not give the money back and drove away.

I called this service and was blown away by how amazingly helpful they were at 3:30AM! I had a rodent in my house and have a terrifying fear of rodents, and with nothing but total professionalism and care, the owner came to take care of the issue, and followed up to be sure all was ok. TOP NOTCH service I can't recommend USA Pest Control Services more! For someone terrified of rodents, they made it all duable, and were kind, professional, efficient and extremely caring! Can't recommend them enough!!
