Rene, the manager is argumentative, moody and talks over his customers. He has forgotten customer is always right, customer service, and who PAYS his bills. His actions over the phone turned a five star review into a one star! Easy too see why Aardvark's reviews are so low! His actions were TOTALLY unacceptable!

Do not hire this company. I authorized all work from the inspection plus two small additions. This morning, the owner, Jim, left me a voicemail saying that I had to draw up my own plans for the permits because I “knew all the dimensions.” I tried to explain that his inspector had already come out and made changes to the original plans, and that I needed the updated plans and estimates in order to apply for permits. He hung up on me mid-conversation. When I called back, the office manager, Renee, answered and said he was aware that Jim had hung up on me but “could not speak about it.” There was no apology or attempt to resolve the issue. When you hire a company, you should be able to expect basic support, professionalism, and respect. Unfortunately, that was not my experience here. Renee initially spoke very highly of the company, which made me feel comfortable, but that turned out to be misleading. This business is unprofessional and difficult to work with. I would not recommend them.

Excellent communication by manager throughout the process from inspection to treatment. Respectful and professional. Answered questions quickly and provided thorough explanation of inspection process, treatment, and notification of timing of services.

Professional, friendly and with timely appointments for inspections and fast turn around time. Have used their services both for myself and for clients buying or selling homes dozens and dozens of times. Appreciate that inspectors are willing to pick up the phone or meet up with clients to explain reports and findings. Front office run extremely well by Rene Romo. When utilizing their services for repairs - I have found the work to be completed fast and competently. Great company.

I needed to get a second opinion on the original inspection report. They responded quickly and provided an inspection. The office manger, Rene was great to work with and took care of the entire process. From the inspection to fumigation. The fumigation service was provided by a subcontractor and they did great job too.

I wouldn't recommend this business to my worst enemy! We got a pest and fungus inspection for our VA loan as they require section 1 items to be completed. Almost 4 months later the house we been working on is all fixed. Taken months to get the inspections done as something has always came up. We were dealing with dry rot. They had "recommended" that we replace the sliding glass door with a new one as it leaks. After we pulled it out, repaired the dry rot we found out that the siding was not all the way down had about an 1x4 inch gap where water was leaking in. So we reinstalled the same door as it wasn't the issue. We sprayed an water hose onto the door no leaks whatsoever... now they are refusing to come out to pass the house due to us reinstalling the same door!! We are seeking legal action on this! They also had called out spots along the siding that were supposedly rotted. We removed the siding come to find out it was perfectly good. He was sticking his poker up under the z-bar where the seam of the siding was located. We got pictures of that as well as the scarpes that came off the wall. We got pictures of the scrapes on the sheet of siding going underneath the z-bar. I think they are just trying to carry it out for as long as they can so the report will expire and we would have to purchase a new one. Which would never happen not with this horrible company!! Just wanted to give an heads up to all who are looking to get their house inspected for an loan requirement. My best advice is to use another company.

Company misrepresented the work they were supposed to do. Lied repeatedly about what was needed and used incorrect materials. Very unhappy with these people. Posted for my friend.

Completely unrealistic. Conflict of interest. Would not recommend to anyone. They came around and signed off for everything, but not after putting us through the ringet

Very disappointed. Creates issues that aren't there and then charges outrageous prices to fix it. If you don't use them to fix your issues then they won't sign you off. You should be able to hire who you want to complete repairs without having to worry they will fail your inspection.

On my second home and used aardvark for both. Team did a great job taking care of my repairs in a timely matter. I would recommend to anyone who needs professional work done. Thank you guys.

Highly recommend! My husband and I have worked with Aardvark multiple times and wouldn’t use anyone else. We have always received prompt and thorough service with a smile. Reports have been very detailed both on paper and directly from the inspector. They have always gone above and beyond to ensure that we feel secure and satisfied with their work. Great customer service, friendly, and knowledgeable!

Wonderful Service! There office manager Jessica is very prompt and follows up with you in a very timely manner. They have always answered my calls, and the inspectors followup with you after they have performed the inspections. They provide a quick turn around on reports and had the minor section 1 item repaired within a day. I would recommend these guys to to any realtor and buyer I know.
