After having JP Termite tent our house and even after working with them to do a spot treatment, we still have termites. I was informed by the woman who answers the phone that we have a 3yr warranty. A warranty is only as good as the company that backs it. In 3yr, termites will have eaten the entire house. I will now pay a reputable service another fee to be rid of termites. Save yourself the money and trouble and extra fees in fixing damage done by termites and use a reputable company.

“JP is friendly & offers a great 3 year warranty BUT suffers when it comes to communication and preparation” JP is friendly & offers a great 3 year warranty BUT suffers when it comes to communication and preparation. We will not be using them for our other local small apartments as we they left us with angry tenants. They clearly subcontract their fumigation services; this did not go smoothly. They appear to be good people, so I still wish them well in the future.
