From the initial call, we received professional, prompt and courteous service. We called for a termite inspection and got an appointment that same day. Upon arriving, Victor was on time and very professional and thorough in his inspection. His assessment and explanation of the situation was very detailed and honest. He even informed us of a leak that we were not aware of. We will definitely continue calling Bad Bugs for any pest control needs.
