This guy is RUDE!! He was rushing my family to get out and was annoyed to even speak to me before doing the job. Also he was rushing and left my FREEZER OPEN!! So for 4 hours my freezer was open ya thanks guy... and for a person that has never gotten their home sprayed before he told me NOTHING about where or what he was doing and didn’t even tell me I should have put my kids toys in sealed bags and move my furniture away from the wall (I had to read up on google after) I don’t even know WHERE he ended up spraying because he rushed away after saying he’s done for the day as he’s been working since 5am... that’s not my fault buddy! You need to be more professional around customers and explain things especially since I have children in the home. He left pools of chemicals in my kitchen cabinets that didn’t dry for 7 hours! Smh 🤦🏼‍♀️ I would suggest going elsewhere.

Craig has been taking care of our high desert bugs for quite some time. He’s a pleasure to do business with, and because of his excellent work, we don’t see any ants, spiders, roaches running around the yard. Call him.

I'm a Maintenance Supervisor for an apartment complex in the High Desert and we started using Craig after having some problems with another pest service. I have not had any bugs since he started. Absolutely amazing job. His customer service is exceptional as well, a real good guy that my residents love. I recommended him to other complexes with my company and they have started using him too.
