Trying to get ahold of someone who can locate my Western Exterminator account in order to address a building access issue has been impossible. Each time I call, I provide my customer number, invoice number, the service location, and my first pets name, and they can never find me. I hired Western Exterminator to deal with bats nesting in my eaves, and it’s been an exhausting, ongoing ordeal.
