I chose Excellent Fumigation after researching many other companies for my home in Redondo Beach, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the entire experience. They are one of the few companies that handle the fumigation themselves without subcontracting it out, which gave me extra confidence in the quality and accountability. The team was incredibly professional, fast, and thorough from start to finish. Luis, the Inspector, did an excellent job assessing everything upfront and explaining the process clearly so there were no surprises. Kathy, the Fumigation Coordinator, was fantastic—she was very thorough, took care of absolutely everything, and patiently walked me through each step so I knew exactly what to expect. She really made the whole process stress-free! On service day, Santiago, the Lead Fumigator, and Javier (who handled the ground work and roof) were outstanding. They took great care to protect my Spanish roof tiles and worked carefully around my neighbor’s string lights in her backyard without any issues at all—despite some strong winds that day. Many things could have gone wrong—fumigation is a big deal—but the whole crew showed tremendous respect for my property and my neighbors. The job was completed quickly and perfectly. I highly recommend Excellent Fumigation to anyone needing fumigation services in the South Bay area—you won’t be disappointed!

We consulted Excellent Fumigation after having had terrible experiences with other companies (including Orkin). For those looking to have their home serviced with care, attention, professionalism, and on a more personal level, I HIGHLY recommend going with Luis and his team. The entire practice is well versed in the industry and it shows! The best part is that they are a small business (meaning they don't outsource to third parties to complete the job), so they're with you from beginning to end. They go above an beyond to make sure their work is thorough and completed in a tidy, efficient manner. We treated the house for termites, and haven't had an issue since they completed the job. :) So happy to have found them!

Great experience. Clear communication with all tenants via email. Kathy went above & beyond to make sure tenants were at ease throughout the entire process. She even called LAPD & altered landlord to fill out an “extra parole form” to make sure our complex was patrolled during fumigation.🙏🏼

BEYOND 5 star experience. From the moment I chatted to wonderful Kathy on the phone, who walked me through the experience and made sure I knew what was going to happen every step of the way, to when I met the grounds team who were seriously just as amazing and caring! Big shout out to Santiago (lead fumigator), Javier, Miguel and Luis who inspected the place and told me the termite dropping were coming from the roof, not my stairs and saved me from having my stairs drilled into which the first company I asked to come out and inspect the damage, told me they would need to do. This company didn't even identify where the termites were located. This family owned business is beyond amazing - could not recommend highly enough to anyone! Thank you 'Excellent' - you truly live up to your name.

The fumigation was quick and simple, the exterminator Santiago and Javier were beyond professional and extremely informative. I would 100% recommend this fumigation company and extremely happy with my results.

As a realtor in LA I worked with a lot of termite companies but excellent fumigation is my favorite. They are very professional with reasonable prices. I used them for my own home and I highly recommend them.

Had a great experience with Excellent Fumigation. They were always on time, responsive, and helped guide us through everything we needed to know. They were delicate with our new landscape and all of our plants. Their pricing was very competitive, and we loved how we were supporting a small and local business. Whenever we'd call, we'd get Kathy on the line who was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. We'd definitely recommend this business!

Please do not call this fumigation company they are far from excellent. If you live around the Downtown LA area do not bother calling, they will not service you. The receptionist said that they don't service low income sectors of Los Angeles because they have had bad experiences with customers in that area. It is sad to be discriminated against and denied service because of were you live. You cannot label or stereotype people because of were they live. Please take your service somewhere else. It sad to have people like this company who discriminate and deny services because quote "we have had bad experiences from people in your area" unquote. Just horrible.

If you care about your neighbors and quality of customer service do not hire this company! I had a terrible experience with one of their workers who parked their truck in the middle of the road blocking traffic and when asked to move the truck to pass by they said we should’ve made a U turn. They were not taking tools or using the truck it was simply parked in the middle of the road while they worked the whole time having a big parking spot opened on the street and the drive way also empty! Not only do the worker tell you to make a U turn he also flipped us off and instead of backing up the truck drove towards us with the truck telling us to back up leaving little to no space to maneuver the car! At that point I get out of the car being the passenger and asking who was the boss at the job site this man who said to be the super visor telling me to lower my tone and walk with him, while he let his worker film me and call me a “Karen”. I have no problem being a Karen if I’m in the right. They have no respect for neighbors or anyone else other than the people they are working for. I really hope his video goes viral, I will be speaking with the city and business bureau.

Overall had a very good experience with Excellent Fumigation. The inspection was excellent and thorough with no obligations. We opted to have the perimeter of our house treated based on the presence of subterranean termites. There was some damage done to a small portion of older concrete but it was not completely unexpected given the condition of the concrete. Company offered to come out again to repair.
