Worst experience ever. Kyle didn't even make it up my driveway when he heard my dogs bark from inside. Asked if I had a Pit. I replied yes, but indoor dogs. He said company policy said they didn't service homes with Pits. No such policy. His supervisor's attitude wasn't any better. The owner Sue never returned my call. Extremely disappointed. I am a Chico local and I am glad they represent Gridley and not My home town.

Always a positive experience with this company. Been using them for more years than I want to admit to :-).

We have had this service for a number of years now, and we love them. Our service provider Nathan is kind, courteous, and prompt. They are quick to respond if we have an additional issue. I would highly recommend Sorenson Pest Control for their efficient, effective and affordable service.

Asked Sue explicitly NOT to send someone out unless it was going to be $40/month or less. Kyle came, said he already did inspection (he hadn’t, he came in our kitchen once while he serviced the neighbor to see if we had a mouse- but he hadn’t inspected any other room or outside). Kyle skipped the inspection and invited my wife to sign a $50/month contract despite being assured by his office we wouldn’t be charged more than $40. Kyle left our home, didn’t tell my wife, and his office didn’t call us. I called the office, was placed on hold, and then given the speech that ‘over the phone prices were just estimates’.... It was patronizing because I had politely requested Sue NOT to send someone out unless she gaurenteed it’d be $40/less; she emphatically told me it would NOT be over $40 several days ago but now said it’d be $50/month. Overall: the girl who answers the phone is polite and professional. Kyle told us we didn’t have mice last month when he checked our kitchen but a few days later I found a live mouse in the sink! I don’t recommend this company due to poor quality of techs and poor service by management.
