Customer service can't be beat! We started working with Pointer after we found a rat/flea infestation under our master bedroom and bathroom. Pointer was able to restore our sanity within 72 hours and we haven't had a pest problem in over a year now. Their services work, they send reminders before our appointments, and they are so friendly when they arrive even with the kids! You won't find a better pest control service in the valley!

Ed and his team are great. I have them at my house and have referred them to a number of other people in the area. They always show up on time and we stopped getting the ants in our bathroom and cockroaches in our garage. Love having pest pros take care of things for us.

Top notch service from top to bottom: easy to schedule and setup payment via their website, Antonio knocked down 6 wasp nests, put down 2 rodent traps, and sprayed inside and out.
