Bad Termite

Bad Termite has been servicing my property since we purchased in 2017. Recommended by our real estate agent, we had them service the home for termites after buying, and have had a monthly service plan since then. Robert comes to our property and sprays every month, does a wonderful job letting us know when he will arrive. And we have not had any pest problems this entire time. Highly recommend their service.

Most recently they handled the Northridge property on Jellico, quick turnaround, clean report, no surprises. Exactly what you need when you're working against a closing deadline. Highly recommend.

We came back from vacation and found termite droppings. Bad Termite came out to do an inspection and we appreciated their knowledge, honest and good communication. They tented our house and came back to make sure that everything was in order and were great to work with. We will call them again should the need arise.

Wouldn't trust a company that abuses the carpool lane with only one occupant. Not to mention, they admit their own incompetency in their name- "Bad Termite Pest Control Service". Why not go to a Good pest control service instead?

Great experience with Bad Termite. Angie the office manager helped us thru our whole fumigation process. The owner Danny came with the workers and did all the woodwork in a timely manner. I have recommended them to my friends and neighbors. Great job Bad Termite.

So far im happy with my service, they cleans up as they said could barely see where they made holes not even insideI do not see any evidence of termites, I’m happy so far.

This company was professional, knowledgeable, and super detailed from the minute they showed up to give an estimate to the the time they finished everything and left my house. Josh gave an accurate estimate and scoured the home inside out to ensure he didn’t overlook anything. His honesty was much appreciated too as he located one specific area in our home w termites (some companies don’t bother doing this and just recommend the more expensive tenting fumigation). Then the day of the project, the owner and his workers showed up doing a meticulous, perfect job. To top it off they moved my furniture and covered everything else. When they were done, you couldn’t even tell they had been there! Honestly, I will recommend them over n over to anyone who has issues w termites! They are honest, professional, clean, detailed, and honestly just excellent at what they do! The owner is a really good guy, too!

I had some repairs made yesterday before tenting house and they were great. Danny was kind and easy to talk to. Explained the process. Juan and Mario were great and very detailed. They cleaned up after and even picked up a pile of leaves I had left in a pile from gardening the day before. I will definitely be recommending them to friends and family.
