I am very satisfied with the attention Johnny paid to my rodent problem. All areas of potential rodent activity were treated with appointment scheduled in near future to come check traps and feeders for 2 houses.

He is always on time, calls ahead to let us know he's on his way, and his knowledge and attention to detail are outstanding. My tech was Shawn. He was great! Showed up on time and was very communicative beforehand and during. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. He answered all my questions and helped me decide what to do with my situation. Couldn’t have asked for more. I definitely recommend NLPC. I didn’t end up getting any of the services as they weren’t needed in my particular situation. And that’s the thing. He was very straight forward and didn’t try to charge me for something I didn’t need. That’s everything you could ask from a company. If I do need pest control services in the future this is absolutely who I will go through. Thank you.
