We’ve been using Western Way for a couple of years now, and I’ve been really impressed with their service. Recently, we started having an ant problem, and I reached out to them for help. The technician Brandon who came out was incredibly knowledgeable. He was able to identify the issue right away and knew exactly what needed to be done. They set everything up quickly, and within 48 hours, we were completely ant-free! I love that they always seem to know what they’re doing and take care of things efficiently. Highly recommend!

Western Way came out today to treat for subterranean termites. Jonathan was professional thorough, and I felt that he was experienced and knew exactly what to do. They will be coming out in the future to do the tenting on our house. I am so glad we found this company. They are amazing from start to finish.

Update: called the office again no phone call back. Do i need to drive to the office and ask for the owner. 8/26/25. I will go on nextdoor and ask for help too. I had an appointment for an inspection between 9-10am, no one showed up. I called the office left message on recorder. Got a call back this girl who called back said 'how can that be if the inspector has an appointment in sunnyvale.she said she would call him to see how long it would be. She never called back. When I called back i spoke to another girl and explained the situation. She apologized and acknowledged he was double booked for that time. The inspector came out very nice guy. I was told my the person who booked my appointment i would get my findings emailed to me. Never received any thing. Waited four days, called the office again and left a message, no return call. Very disappointed, very poor customer service

Western Way went above and beyond to take care of us. We recently purchased a home that had some remodeling done, which inadvertently concealed any trace of termites during an initial inspection. When evidence of termites showed up months later, Western Way fully covered the expense to treat the intrusion even though it was not their fault. They were knowledgeable, friendly, and sympathetic. Truly appreciate how they treat their customers and stand by their work. Great small town company. Good work ethic. Highly recommended.

I’ve been having mice problems for quite awhile now. Laying traps and bait helped for awhile, but they kept coming back. After talking to Brandon and going over what would be best for my situation, he was able to act on it within a week and helped me get rid of my pest problems. I haven’t seen any traces of mice after he treated my home. Brandon was very knowledgeable about his work and was very considerate of my home.

I have used Western Way Since 2019 and I have had nothing but great service. They took care of my termite problem and then about a year later we had a mouse infestation in our hot tub. They took care of that issue as well. I haven’t seen a mouse since. My best experience was with one of the technicians, Brandon. I forgot to lock my dog inside on our service day. and he called me at work and was nice enough grab our spare key, put the dog inside and block off the doggie doors. These guys truly care about customer service. 10 out of 10 I will not use another pest service. Thank you Western Way!

While the service people have been friendly, they have yet to eradicate our ‘spider mite’ infestation after multiple treatments and assurances. This has been a problem for over 5 months. Additionally, they have not been successful in eliminating our silverfish problem either.
