Maks the technician was great. He listened to all of my concerns and told me how he was going to apply the treatment, based on my needs and requirements. Treated all exterior and interior house perimeter and garage. Removed spider web. And put me on a quarterly schedule. Perfect.

Great choice. I had no idea who to choose and randomly picked Natural Science Exterminating. They were excellent. The office scheduled me right away (same day). The technician arrived on time, was friendly and knowledgeable. He checked the whole house and didn't try to over sell things. I will use them anytime I have pest issues.

I got ants and flying bugs invading my house at night. I found Natural Science online. They use non-toxic chemical which is just what I need, because I have a lot of fruit trees that I don’t want them to be contaminated. I checked out all the ingredients in the spray and all of them are natural. I feel pretty comfortable and safe. Technician Bill came and took care of the problem. The spray didn’t smell bad. I haven’t seen any ants or flying bugs and I hope they’re gone for good.

What a wonderful experience I had with this company. It was easy to make an appointment and Ray came to my house and was right on time! He was extremely professional, listened to my problems and had great solutions. Because I have an organic vegetable garden, I needed to be extra careful. I was so impressed because Ray knew every single vegetable I was growing so he understood my problem.. I give them five stars. I would give them 10 if I could.

For the record I did not call to use there services. I simply called to ask a simple question. I am a contractor that just started and was in need of a used truck. I simply called to ask if I could purchase one of there not used older trucks to use for construction since I just started my business and I don’t have a lot of money for a new truck. The lady was extremely rude, she had no reason to treat me like that. She could have just simply said no sorry and end the phone call. If she treated me like this I can only imagine how she might treat customers and customers don’t deserve that. I as a business owner treat anyone with kindness and respect. Owners should have a talk with that receptionist before they lose business. Hope this information helped everyone, I hate to do this but she was to rude.

Maks was very professional and explained and answered all my questions regarding insects and infestation. Super friendly and personable. I’d prefer if you could send him out for our monthly extermination. Thank you for the service and employing such polite young men who are knowledgeable and respectful.
