What impressed me the most—besides how effective the treatment was—was their pricing. Their quote was extremely fair and reasonable compared to other local options, with zero sales pressure. The fleas are completely gone, and we're really happy!

I called Preferred Pest Control after dealing with a sudden wave of ants in the kitchen, spiders in the garage, and a huge beehive tucked under the eaves of our roof. They handled all three issues with total professionalism. ​The technician arrived right on time, walked the property with me, and clearly explained how they’d tackle each issue. They safely removed the beehive, treated the exterior for ants, and cleared out the spider webs. The ants and spiders are completely gone. Super knowledgeable, friendly, and fairly priced. Highly recommend them to anyone in the Long Beach area needing reliable pest control!

Very happy with the extermination service we received from Preferred Pest Control. They were able to work with us on scheduling the service and were much more flexible than other companies. No more ants —So we are very happy with their service.

The serviceman was very polite and thorough with spraying for bugs and spiders. I had thousands of leafhoppers on my lawn and also some tiny black bugs crawling by the edges of the lawn. I am hoping this will get rid of them. It may take a few treatments, since they are so bad. I have done sprays for the lawn and four different types of granules, but they hardly killed them. If you want a good pest control company, they are the ones you should try.

We were dealing with a massive mosquito problem making it impossible for the kids and pets to be outside. The mosquitoes were out of control, but after their service, we can finally enjoy sitting outside again without getting eaten alive. The technician was incredibly thorough, knowledgeable and professional. We are treating the yard safely and effectively now. If you want your yard back, call them!

Preferred Pest has been taking care of our rat issue for several years, and we've been happy with them and their service. I am a returning customer who has had positive experiences with Preferred Pest services. It was the high level of satisfaction from my previous treatments that made the company my preferred choice, hence the name, Preferred Pest. The customer service representatives have always been polite, professional, and helpful. I’ve struggled with chronic ant infestations at my complex every summer and have had a hard time getting rid of them, despite trying out numerous traps and preventative measures. I was referred to Preferred Pest by a coworker. I reached out to them and they scheduled me in quickly, the technician was really efficient and everyone I interacted with was both polite and professional. When Preferred Pest treated the issue, I was genuinely impressed, the ants disappeared and did not return for a couple of years, which far exceeded my expectations. This lasting result is exactly why I continue to choose Preferred Pest services. I remain a very satisfied and returning customer. I appreciate the quality and reliability that this company consistently provides. On one occasion, we did experience a minor issue, which was understandable. However, management promptly reached out the same day to offer solutions and ensure the matter was resolved quickly and professionally.

Ivan was great, he was very knowledgeable and explained every detail about the process. Unfortunately we still have ant infestation. I will ask for another interior and exterior treatment to help with this problem.

Exterminators are very friendly and professional. I took away 1 star for inconsistent service quality because not the same person each time. Some didn’t clean the spider whip outside the house as it is part of the service or some would do a very quick and sloppy job. I have to watch them and point out their missed. Sometime they would over spray and left a puddles of solutions on the floor inside of house

Overall- the services provided are done quickly and as expected. There are certain limitations on how the application process is provided and that is why I am giving 4 stars instead of 5. Apparently the spray can’t be administered above eye level of individual administering service. We tend to get a lot of spiders in the gap between our vinyl fence topper and our brick wall. I wish that area would be addressed, but I guess it’s over eye level. The same issue with the small roof overhang around the perimeter of our house. At least they hit this area with a cobwebs brush prior to spraying. During the summer months, we get so many spider webs coming down from roof. I’ve seen black widows and other spiders in the yard along the fence and roof. I know that the spraying only creates a barrier between yard and home, but with our animals in the backyard, I wish there was a better way to control pests along our fence for the safety of our dogs. From an administrative perspective, I am always notified in advance of service, and the person coming to do the work always provides about a 20- 30 minute advance notice prior to arrival. They are always within the estimated window and are good about closing gates after they leave. They are careful of my plants when spraying and take care not to trample on them and not to get overspray. Flexible scheduling options and friendly, helpful office staff.

Amazing staff when you call. The people that come to your house can change each month, but they all do a great job and are very friendly. Great prices and responsive to your needs.

5/5 stars. I truly recommend and I could not be happier with the service completed. I worked with the technician Andy and he was super professional. I had a huge rodent problem, but since my appointment, I have not had any other issues. One thing that gravitated me towards this company were affordable prices. Compared to other companies, this was the best bang for my buck, and I do not regret anything.

A friend recommended this company, and it was the best decision I could have made. The lady I spoke with on the phone was super respectful and the whole process was easy. The technician Gio came to my house and identified the pest issue. Since my appointment, I have not had a pest issue and I could not be happier. Everybody was so polite and compared to other companies, it was super affordable.

After suffering with a huge cockroach issue, I worked with Ronald and he was a huge life savor! This company was really easy to work with and couldn’t have asked with better! I 100% recommend!

I had a huge pest problem and I was having trouble to find a proper and good pest company and I was referred to this company and they really got the job done and now my house is pest free !! I would truly recommend this company to anyone who needs help with pest.

Ivan came out and did an inspection. He was very thorough and even went on the roof to check for access points for rodents. He gave great recommendations and told me the droppings were from a previous infestation that is no longer ongoing. He did not upsell me on anything and the visit only cost me $50. Best Pest quoted me $2600 for something I didn't need.

I didn't use this service, but they want a review. Not sure why.
