Pretty disappointed with their service. They never got rid of my ants, they said they would provide certain services but didn't follow up, and seemed confused by the scope of the problem. In the end, even though I had been complaining to the office about the issues they were just intent on receiving their money but not very interested that the services hadn't been performed. I had to deal with the problem myself.

Called in to obtain services for 2 locations. They were great on the phone and came out quickly to get us the estimate. Looking forward to working with this company.

I have been in contract with this company for almost 2 years now. Initially it was great, however, over the past couple of Months its been below average at best. I’ve made 4 phone calls, talked to the office lady and nothing has been done. I am not being told when a technician is coming out. I’m being charged for full service when only half of the service is being done. No record of prior conversations or service calls that just happened. No return phone calls when I’m told they “will call me back within two days”. Very apologetic over the phone, then NO follow up or changes. I have been dealing with this and then yesterday I get home and there is a bill that a technician left (supposedly someone showed up, unannounced while I was at work). So only the front part of the house and yard was done…..they have no access to the back and sides of house of shed unless someone is home or I know ahead of time to leave a gate unlocked…….. The communication is very frustrating and now I’ve paid for two services that were only partially done. I don't know how a business keeps going with this type of customer service. VERY FRUSTRATED. I will be looking for a more competent company to do business with. Highly diasappointed!!

We've been using Accurate Termite and pest forover five year now and always got great service, but most importantly no pests or ants in our house

They showed me things I wasn't aware of however they didn't say anything about my ant infestation I talked to them about. To be fair, it was a free inspection that I signed up for following the event at Redwood Acres so I do understand that it was limited. Will recommend for future

Service was really nice, rep was great… but they said they’d call about doing the spraying inside the house and never did… and I left a voicemail, never got a call back… communication is a little hard but the initial service was good. Still waiting on my second service per contract.

The experience was awful. They captured and distroyed 3 possum's for no reason. They left them in there traps for over 13 hours, although they were notified they were in there. They destroyed them in an inhumane way and didn't care.

They are to busy at even schedule and inspection of my home. They may be awesome to their current clients but it doesn’t seem like they need anymore business.
