The one-time $350 ( did did not pay monthly) gopher bait application by their tech did seem to work, no new activity for over a year, afterword, but the first tech named Dante didn't see to see the holes, I had to show him, cos he was missing them. I felt he was not thorough. New gophers came back after 1.5 years, second one- time application of bait $350 worked, but office said I didn't pay the bill, and it was delinquent and even charged me late fee. We had a 10-12 window and throughout that time we were calling to check in (we have kids and a dog so we have to plan ahead). They never showed up. At 12:30 we called again and the tech said 45 minutes or later in the afternoon. We said we couldn't wait anymore. The tech said the office messed up and he could come on Saturday at noon. We called the office to double check and they changed it to Saturday at 8:00!!!!! What on earth??????? So I guess we'll see.

Company showed expertise and care. Technicians were friendly, hardworking, and honest with expectations. Initial consultation took one look at what I was dealing with and knew exactly what type of termite it was and the most effective measure to deal with them, offered a quote and didn’t ask for a signature.
