This guys are so not professional nor client oriented. the owner Gene and his brother are a shame of service providers. I had service with them before and stooped the "monthly charge" because simply it wasn't worth it. a year later, i called again for the same problem and asked whats my options (over the phone) and told me that they need to see and evaluate. after 1 week I'm getting an invoice for 4 weeks service for $175.00 without no one calling or explaining whats need to be done. today got a

This company is awesome! Global's prices are very fair when comparing estimates we got from other companies, but it's their service that sets them apart from the rest. We've had a serious rodent problem as many of our neighbors have had this summer. Global is very responsive to our calls, are always on time as promised, and best of all we are now rodent free.
