Innovative Pest Management

THESE people are only serving low end public and section 8 buildings. They are called upon because they are CHEAP. Upon two treatments within a 2 month period, roaches had only increased in numbers. Technician was rude and unresponsive when asked questions regarding infestation/other. Go to a service that WORKS. This service is deplorable and I will present to the BBB.

This is easily one of the worst pest control companies I have dealt with. When the problem actually requires follow-up or additional work, communication suddenly stops. Multiple technicians have ignored messages or simply stopped responding when it became clear they would need to come back out to properly address the issue. I hired them to deal with a rodent problem in the ceiling. They came out once, set traps that did not work, and sealed a few entry points. The problem was never resolved. Now there is a dead rodent in the ceiling that I cannot physically access, and the company has completely disappeared when it comes to taking responsibility for finishing the job. What makes this even more frustrating is that I’ve worked with this company professionally for several years as a property manager across multiple firms, including Cushman, Greystar, and Moss & Company. Based on that experience, the pattern is the same: once the initial service is done, getting them to properly follow through becomes extremely difficult. In my opinion, their business model seems focused on pushing customers into ongoing service contracts rather than actually solving the underlying problem. Unresponsive, unreliable, and unwilling to stand behind their work. I strongly recommend looking elsewhere.

I’ve been using them for almost 8 years. I had ants and Matt did a great job taking care of it. They came back and I am trying to use the 45 day warranty. I’ve been calling for three weeks, leaving messages and texting and have gotten no response. Did they go out of business.? This is very disappointing since I’ve used them so long.

We had a flea problem and Matt did an amazing job and was very responsive and was able to come on short notice. Highly recommend them!

Best customer service from Lancelot the pest control tech that service my house. He was on time and explained everything very clearly. He was able to get rid of the problem and he also gave me preventative instructions. I recommend you to call Innovative Pest Solutions ask for Lancelot if you have any pest issues.

Once they come and treat the place, I won’t see a silverfish for 6-12 months. The guy is in and out in 7 minutes tops, and there’s no smell or residue anywhere. Highly recommend.
