Great service! We woke up on Christmas Day to find hundreds of termites in our home, hovering around one of our window sills. Just what I asked Santa for… We first had another company come out to inspect our home and give us a quote. The other company barely looked inside the crawl space and told us it’s subterranean termites and that we also have the other type of termites that need fumigation, but we can just do subterranean for now. When they sent us a quote, I think they just offered a 1-year guarantee. Josh from AABC came out a couple days later and was extremely thorough with his inspection. He walked through the entire house and even went into our attic. He educated us along the way about everything from termites, homes, etc. and answered all of our many questions. He told us that we do have both types of termites, but it’s more pressing that we take care of the subterranean ones. Since we plan on remodeling parts of our house, he said we should hold off on tenting it until afterwards, in case any new wood has termites. It was comforting to know that despite our house being over 40 years old and having never been tented, there was minimal damage to our wood. Josh encouraged us to get at least a 3rd quote, but we didn’t want to. Josh’s quote was roughly similar to the other one (maybe slightly cheaper, but he offered a 10-year guarantee! Moreover, we liked Josh and believe in relationships. We felt Josh invested the time to earn our business. His crew came out and treated the perimeter and crawl space. They were quick, efficient, and easygoing. We appreciate dealing with honest businesses like AABC!

5-star is not enough for this company especially Juan Hernandez, the amazing technician who helped us get through a really stressful bird mite infestation. Not only was he incredibly professional and knowledgeable, but he also came the very same day we called — which was such a relief during a stressful time. From the moment he arrived, Juan was calm, kind, and knowledgeable. He immediately made us feel at ease and took the time to listen to our concerns without rushing us. Juan didn’t just treat the problem — he explained everything clearly: where the mites were likely coming from, how the treatment would work, and what steps we could take to prevent them from coming back. He showed real attention to detail, inspecting every corner thoroughly and treating the affected areas with great care. I used this company for rat extermination as well as termite tenting after several recommendations on Nextdoor. They were great! Professional & reasonable. We were not always easy to work with, had million questions & had to change appointments couple of times. Jacob was awesome and worked with us. The work performed was well done. This is the second time I hired this company to do some work for me. This is on a different location. They did a great job again in helping me solve the termite problem in my garage. They came back and resprayed a couple of times because the termites were hidden in a not very obvious location. They finally found them and get rid of them for me. Jorge is a very nice guy, easy to talk to and Romero is so skillful and good with tools! I think this is a very reliable and dependable company, they do quality work. I am so pleased I chose them!

After having a few inspector give me estimates I felt that this company earned my trust. The gentleman that make to inspect my home for termite was very thought, not like other companies that took a quick look and didn’t even go in the attic. This guys looked for termites everywhere. After getting the work done I was very satisfied with the whole process. I will use this company again in the future.

Truly impressed! I was having an ongoing rodent problem on one of my rental properties and nothing we did would help it until I called AABC. I spoke to Diana whose such a sweet woman. She was understanding to the urgency of the matter & helped me quickly schedule both the rodent inspection & proofing. Then the crew who came out were very professional, thorough, & arrived in a timely manner. Traps were placed & follow up visits are already included in the service price. I had a termite inspection and treatment from another company and 3 months later termites popped up in the laundry room. I decided to call somebody else and found: Already A Better Choice - whom their service appeared significantly more thorough and methodical and Joshua even found the termite nest. Then for 4 years no problems until a few days ago when sure enough: termites in the laundry room. I called them up again, fully booked this time but I pulled all my favors and they managed to send me Joshua. Again, effective inspection and treatment and I feel good about my home again. This is the kind of company you really want to make a note of because if you have a termite issue - these are your guys.
