Jeremy came out today and sprayed the interior and exterior of my home, answered all my questions, and gave me advice for what to do moving forward. I called yesterday to set up an appointment, and luckily he was available to come out today! I also live in Auburn which is a bit of a drive, and I’m thankful that he was able to make the trip. After dealing with bug bites for the past few months, I knew I needed professional help. Jeremy was extremely professional and thorough. He’s extremely fair and reasonable with the pricing, and if I ever need help again in the future, I know who I’ll be calling. I highly highly recommend The Bed Bug Experts! Thank you Jeremy!!!

Jeremy is the BEST!! After spending way more money with a national pest control company and still having bed bugs, I called Jeremy. My son was back in his bed the night after Jeremy treated his room. No bites and no live bed bugs!! It’s been two weeks and we are still bed bugs-free just as Jeremy predicted!! Man Jeremy was amazing. He was able to come within two days and heat treat my entire house, after I unknowingly had someone in the house who had bed bugs. His pieces are fair. He is immediately professional and thorough and instills trust, which anyone who is frightened they might have bed bugs needs from the person they hire to help them. He even helped me find my cat who hid in the house the morning of the treatment. Cannot say enough kind things. This is the person to call if you need help.

We cannot say enough good things about Jeremy, the owner. He is extremely knowledgeable and clearly knows what he’s doing. He arrived exactly when he said he would and finished precisely when he said he would. There was some preparation required on our end, so the house was understandably a bit disorganized to accommodate the spray treatment. Despite that, he left our bedroom and closet in better condition than they normally are. His attention to detail and thoroughness were impressive. Jeremy provided photos throughout the entire process and gave clear, detailed instructions on how to prepare and what to expect afterward. We had watched several YouTube videos about bed bug treatment prior to the appointment and didn’t realize until he arrived that he was the expert who created many of those videos—We recognized him immediately. Jeremy did a fantastic job at our residence. He took the time to answer all our questions before he came out (and there were a lot) and was very comforting the whole way through. We have never experienced bed bugs before and hope to never experience them again. Jeremy made us feel comfortable sleeping in our own bed again. We just regret not calling sooner. No logos on the van, so the service was discreet and even though there was an impressive infestation, the bugs are gone! I HIGHLY recommend this company!
