Jeremy, the owner, was very thorough and knowledgeable. He took time to answer all of my questions. I don't have to worry anymore about spiders and hornets overtaking my house. He also went beyond doing the usual service. He came to my rescue and disconnected my smoke detector when it was beeping out of control. He oiled my squeaky gate for me. He truly cares about his customers, which is a rare quality these days.

Contact a couple companies, but no one really call me back on quote. EPM responded right away with very good price and Jeremy the owner did very detail pest work around my house which I never got from previous big name pest control companies and also EPM routine pest control price is much more reasonable.
