My mom had a wasp nest in her back yard. She got stung 3 times so I wanted this handled as soon as possible. I called and Rico did the intake and sent Mike same day to come take care of the nest. My mom is elderly and I live over an hour and a half away it usually takes me 4 hours round trip to get to her so I needed a company that could take care of this ASAP without me having to make the drive down. These guys were pro's from start to finish. I gave clear instructions. They gave me a time frame showed up on time. Took my payment over the phone and offered to do a follow up to make sure that the wasps are gone. Mike called me after the job was done gave me a detailed play by play of what he did. From start to finish I am very impressed with this company. I picked them because of all the glowing reviews and now I'm glad I did. I wanted to come here and give my own review. Reasonably price. I paid $200 and that was what everyone else was charging. I highly recommend.

I’m very happy I found Amerimax. When I was searching for an exterminator, the algorithm kept pushing me toward large national companies, but I really wanted to work with a local pest control company that knows the community and takes the time to understand the situation. Tarron was the specialist who came out to inspect and treat my home, and I was genuinely impressed with his professionalism, attention to detail, and how approachable he was throughout the entire visit. I felt heard every step of the way. He took the time to conduct a very thorough assessment of my kitchen, looking closely at the areas where activity was reported, potential entry points, moisture sources, and the surrounding conditions that could be contributing to the issue. He explained his observations clearly and professionally, which helped me better understand what was happening instead of feeling like I was being given a generic treatment plan. Most importantly, Tarron correctly identified that this was not a German cockroach infestation, but rather an outside roach issue with Turkestan roaches making their way inside. That gave me a lot of peace of mind. He treated the kitchen, placed traps in likely entry areas, and also treated the exterior of the house to address the source of the problem. Overall, I had a great experience with Amerimax and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for honest, knowledgeable, and local pest control help. Tarron was professional, thorough, and very reassuring during a stressful situation.

We hired them to get rid of the rodents and I am happy to say they are gone. The folks are professional and I like that they care about the customer and service they are providing. There was a miss communication around the service contract which they were happy to work with me on it. I would rehire them for all of the pest related needs.

Tarron explained what was going to do to rid my garage of the rats that were eating my dog food. He was proffesional, and friendly and spent time explaining what steps to take to exterminate the rodents. He took his time answering my questions and I was very satisfied with his service.

Amerimex came out to our house based on a recommendation from a neighbor. They were super friendly and very consultative and describe how they approach their services. Rico, who is the owner was able to provide a plan to minimize spiders and mice that are somewhat omnipresent in our neck of the woods. Past efforts using just traps provide provided only minimal results and so we definitely needed some additional help. They came out the next day and was able to help set up not only the boxes and spray along the house, but also removed all the spiderwebs that had gathered. First impressions and execution is very positive. Will update as scheduled visits occur.
