Hello there, I wanted to share my experience with Signature Pest Management. If a salesperson from this company comes to your doorstep to sign you up for their service, please be cautious. They may try to convince you to sign up without mentioning the contract terms. If you decide to cancel the service, they will ask you to pay a cancellation fee of around $700, which is quite high. And they don't even share the documents with you whether you signed up or not, they simply charge your credit card. Therefore, I strongly advise against switching to or getting a new service from Signature Pest Management if you already have a pest service provider. I would have given 0 star if it allows me to do so.

We are in the meddle of or rodent extermination, but so far we are very happy with Signature.

The staff are very nice. They communicate everything that needs to be done and answers all your questions. They did what they said they were going to do.😁 Very happy. 👍🏻

Signature did a one time treatment of our home in late 2019 against ants and we didn't have a single ant for the next 2yrs 8mos. They came back this year and they treated it again, i'm sure we'll have similar results.

I totaly trusted signature until they doubled their price and was uninterested in any communication i wrote left messages to no avail .

Knowledgeable, efficient and well priced. The tech was on time and explained the process to me at each step. I had all documents within an hour. Great service.

The inspector was very knowledgeable and explained where we had termites and showed me how he could tell that they were termites. He explained our options clearly. The estimated fees seemed very reasonable to me, especially the costs to repair the damaged wood. I am glad that our realtor recommended Signature Pest & Termite Control.

I bought and moved into my home in May 1984 and until today I never had any treatments for all the pests that also decided to move into my home with me. At the time and until now I was extremely worried about how the chemicals that treat pests would impact my animals. I have always had dogs and cats, and was very worried about them if I were to spray and treat my home for pests. After intolerable ant and spider invasions, I started searching for a pest control company that could address my concerns and provide reasonable price, service, and most importantly honesty. I heard a lot of BS from a lot of other highly evaluated and ranked company reps, and then I called Signature and I met Gustavo. He started by answering all of my questions, and I learned that chemical treatments used have improved significantly over the years. He gave me ample time to explain all of the specific pest issues and how they would be addressed. He also has pets and clearly understood and fully addressed my concerns regarding my dog and cats. Gustavo explained why he first removed spider webs before treatment all around my property was done. I considered him to be very knowledgeable about his profession and highly professional when dealing with customers. I am very happy with the service and look forward to continued service from Signature. I have now been with Signature Pest & Termite Control for many years, and no longer have any problems with ants or spiders or other pests. My animals are healthy and not impacted by the treatments that occur every 2 months. Signature is a honest and reliable company that I am so glad I selected!

Excellent service! Great price. I highly recommend this company. I called other companies and their prices were outrageous. Signature technicians were very knowledgeable, explained everything thoroughly to us, were professional and friendly. I would definitely use them again.

Great company to help me maintain my 4-plex in good condition. Always prompt, courteous, trustworthy and available. My only wish is that they service area where I live, I could use them for my home personally.

Scheduling was easy. The inspectors were right on time. They were very professional and also friendly. I felt comfortable to have them around and in my house. I would recommend them to my friends and family.

Customer service was great. Unfortunately the ants and spiders are still taking over the house. They did the initial treatment then came back a couple weeks later when the ants and spiders persisted, They applied more bait. The ants and spiders just won't quit. I reached out and they will gladly return for another treatment at full price. Maybe another service will have better results.
