Eco Strike Pest Control

Eco-Strike has been sold to Clark Pest Control and our beloved Brandon has moved to Texas. Update: Clark does not service 5th wheels for rodents. Rats! (Literally.)

I have had good results with them . I just find it frustrating that I cannot get anyone to answer the phone I left my cc info with the office after 6 calls I finally got someone, but then they didn't follow through. Then the tech gave my tenants the unpaid invoice. Now I want this cleared up but again can't get them on the phone. The call center is worthless as one time I talked to them they didn't get anything right . You are a great company pls get people to answer the phone.

This company has gone downhill fast. I don’t recommend

A scheduled tech didn’t show up, and I was later told that I “refused” service, which is completely untrue. All of my properties were on auto-pay, but the company somehow lost my payment information and failed to charge my card. I discovered it myself and paid immediately — yet instead of calling to resolve their error, they sent the account to collections. Very poor communication and zero accountability. I will be closing all five accounts. Not how you treat loyal customers.

Wow, after many years, these guys thought it was appropriate to put my number on some sort of auto dialer and blow my phone up multiple times in a row. When notified of the issue, there was no acknowledgement of the problem or attempt to correct, just a curt "call the office". This was all to correct a problem on their end after buying the real eco busoness. Company and service really went downhill after the acquisition, time to look elsewhere and I reccomend you do the same.

ITS ALL A LIE! The office keeps saying its still owned by Brandon its not. Clark is now serving the Mountains. Canceled my account because office staff want to repeatedly lie about it!

I really wanted to trust this company because they seemed like such nice people, but after a year of paying, my mouse problem is worse. Brandon (the owner of the company) inspected twice yet missed a huge hole under my kitchen sink. After giving them so many chances, it’s heartbreaking to realize I wasted money on people who just aren’t competent.

I just could not be happier with the service that Eco Strike has provided. Very effective at keeping our home free from critters and the most professional crew you can find. They go above and beyond when it comes to customer satisfaction. I highly recommend them.

Ecostrike team exemplifies customer service. Given that our property is in the Sierras, we pest control is very important to us. Brandon and his team have gone above and beyond every single time to ensure they provide timely service. Great to see a small business deliver highest level of customer service consistently.

Been very happy with them. Subscription service is great for our place (we live in the country so there's just waves of this or that every few months). Work is prompt and professional, and they deal with the problem at the source. Also appreciate they don't use harsh chemicals.

Corina came out to the house on my initial inspection. She was friendly, very thorough and knowledgeable on what needed to happen and explained everything to me about how it all works and what not to do and had my family and my animals as the top priority for safety! I really appreciate her going the extra mile with what I had going on and her thoughtfulness of what the best route for us was to get rid of these annoying ants and mice! Thank you Corina! -Jamie

Hired Eco strike pest control for over a year now great service then had a ant problem one morning Brandon was there within 2 hrs to take care of the issue 5 star service experience would highly recommend.

These guys got the job done right for a reasonable price. It's a small operation but the boss handles customers from the get-go. The tech would text message the customer to inform their progress or any problem. In the post pandemic world this level of attention to their business is rare. After cleaning up some mouse droppings and dead flies the house has been in pristine conditions for months.

Very Rude Customer service gal...basically from an answering service....she said "they" were too busy to answer the phone in the office...and didn't know when they would call back...and she said she had my number...(probably from Call ID)....however, she never asked for my name or the address of the property??...I do not expect to hear from this company...I seriously doubt they will even get the message.
